Best in area for price

Posted Feb 14, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Identifying sign and undercover parking. At the very least repair the potholes in the car park.
Location: Convenient to M4 and Penrith CBD
Found motel easily despite it not having a visible name. Hotel staff professional and very helpful. We were able to access our room before noon, which was very helpful as it gave us a full afternoon to attend to business.

Overpriced

Posted Feb 9, 2015
For $180 a night I was expecting something more like the Taj Mahal. I would've rather stayed in bunk beds at the Cable Park for a quarter of that price

Not the best, hope to see improvement in future

Pros: The location
Cons: Staff warmth, helpfulness, hotel parking, and cleaner rooms
Location: Penrith panters, nightlife, cafes
Staff very average - not overly warm and welcoming expect for one lady. Was disappointed that there was no designated hotel parking, or something pre arranged by the council which caused us to drive around for 30 mins in search of a space on New Years Eve. Room was not the cleanest. Glasses didn't look washed, just wiped down, and kettle had dried food bits on it.

Pros: The Staff & BED
We did have a problem though the manager was very nice and offered late check out, so in the end all worked out.

Close to Ironman 70.3

First impressions were good- hotel staff on the Friday night were fantastic. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on rocks and could not get different pillows. Absolutely do not recommend hanks for breakfast which is affliated with the hotel. Go to maccas- you will get better service and Value for money there. Aircon was noisy as hell and either freezing or not seeming to work. Our last day at the hotel it was changing into a Mercure so hopefully they upgrade a lot!

Handy hotel when staying in the Penrith area

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: We like the location and the choice of rooms as we booked for the two of us and for our son's family of four.
Cons: We found breakfast options confusing with different information coming from the website and reception. The air-con was really cold overnight.
Location: The location is close to the Nepean River and a large range of restaurants and shops are close by.
We stayed overnight at the Panthers Chifley and find it convenient when attending family occasions in that area.

Was a little surprised to see bathroom tile paint coming off. Other than that very happy with our short stay. We spoke about bring out kids down to stay when we go to Wet and Wild.
