원래는 5명이 자려고 더블룸에 2베드 방을 신청했는데...한명더 추가는 더큰방에 엑스트라 베드 있어야 한다고 해서....엑스트라 비용을 150불 더냈다.....싸이트보단 자기네한테 우선적으로 물어봐야한다고...그럼....왜 인터넷싸이트가 필요하나요

Dear guest, Thank you for reviewing the Mercure Parramatta. Unfortunately the room you booked for 5 people consisted of a queen sized bed. This room cannot accommodate that amount of people. Friendly staff at this hotel

Pros: The helpful and friendly staff. The bus service from the hotel to and from ANZ Stadium was a pleasant surprise and saved me driving.
Cons: The cleaning staff need to pay attention to the check-out time and listen to guests when they want to repeatedly enter the room.
Location: Well positioned to get to Parramatta CBD and Olympic Park
I was very happy with most of this experience. I was particularly impressed by the helpful and friendly reception staff. I was however disappointed in the cleaning staff who tried to enter my room 3 times within 30 mins before 9am to clean my room.

Good hotel, close to Parramatta

Pros: Easy to find, great parking with no additional charge. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The pillows, there was no choice.
Location: We went to Parramatta for dinner, then back to the regatta on Sunday at the Rowing Centre at Penrith.
We had a room with 2 double beds, which was fine for our family of four. Easy to find.

Hotel manager lady so rude. Un ploite. Rude beyond belive.. never go back nor never recommend this hotel to anyone it's shocking

Location: Woolworths just across the street, along with Subway, Pizza Pasta shop, Mcdonalds
Very dissapointed with the overall quality and especially the cleanliness. Deffinatly not what I expect from a quality chain
