Location was perfect.basic Motel.only complaint is as we stayed at tow bedrooms suite and there were only aircon in the common area bedrooms had no fans or air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Property was nice for what it was. The receptionist was lovely when I checked in, gave me a key and a bottle of water and milk when I checked in. I brought my dog with me and it was one of the only properties in the area that allowed animals and this was the most affordable which is why I chose it. There was a nice area for my dog to run around and go to the toilet and they put a bed in the room (which I didn’t need because I brought my dogs bed but it was a nice touch) I found it very strange that there was no bowls or cutlery in the room which I had to call and request from the reception and go and get in my pjs while people yelled out at me which was weird. I also noticed that the inside security door lock was broken and being a single women when I like to lock as many things as I can before going to sleep called reception And my sister who used to work in hotels where she informed me they didn’t need the inside lock because of the door handle being a safety lock. Would have been nice to hear from the receptionist about this but it was fine once I worked it out. I could hear every single thing from all the rooms around me like the 2 women sitting out the front of my door smoking and drinking or the kid up stairs screaming so it was loud. But after about midnight everyone calmed down. The bed was comfortable and warm and I had my own aircon which was great. The shower was big and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied.

Nice motel
Great motel with all the amenities you need— fridge, microwave, coffee/tea…the only thing that was a bit annoying was the bathroom door, which was hard to slide open/shut. Good thing we were traveling as a family, so the issue didn’t bother us as much as it could have!

Booked a room with a queen bed and single, received a room with a queen and a single sofa bed. Great shower and bathroom, room quite small and bedding dated. Staff were very helpful, Germanic restaurant onsite generous and tasty and overall enjoyed our stay. Very well located for shopping, restaurants and the Camden Equestrian Centre.

Great place to stay. Comfortable rooms for family. Loved the idea of having small wheelie bins for rubbish in the room - perfect for the rubbish a few kids generate! Daily cleaning which was a nice surprise.

Hi John, sorry to hear you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. After further investigation the receptionist said your wife returned the room key approximately 3 hours after you had checked in and said 'Our house is ready we're leaving, she smiled and no complaint. You booked a standard family room we upgraded you to the deluxe family room. I can only assume this room was not to your liking and given the opportunity there is a couple of things that the management can do; 1. reallocated a room more suited to your liking? 2. Our stay was good but I booked a 1 brm deluxe and was 'upgraded' to a 2 brm with no kitchen which was no use to me so I was given a studio with a kitchen. I still payed the same price as the original booking but didn't get the 1 brm deluxe I booked originally which was disappointing.
