Had an issue with pricing on arrival, Expedia needs to fix this problem, said one price then when we arrived at the hotel it was a different price. The receptionist was rude when I bought this issue up. Booked 3 rooms, one of the rooms had snacks and bottles of water, when asked the receptionist if the other two rooms could have a bottle of water she responded no you need to buy it through room service. Terrible. Can't even give your guests complimentary water. Would not recommend nor will we be staying again which is a shame because the location is perfect
