“My Experience at Novotel”

Right from arrival, during my stay to checking out the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were professional, well-grommed and presented. I did have a problem where they charged me for a breakfast I never ordered/had however the lady at reception was very quick and efficent to resolve the issue for me after the guy I phoned from the hotel room did not get back to me when I had first raised the dispute. (not going to cry over spilt milk anyways lol) I have friends visiting Sydney soon so I am going to without a doubt recommend Novotel on Darling Harbour to them :-) Callum

Really enjoyed the hotel and it's prime location as we were within walking distance of many of the attractions. Matilda boat quay also close by so good reliable transport for getting int Sydney harbour and further sights.

“Fabulous hotel in a great tourist location”

Fabulous views form the hotel window of Darling Harbour, (make sure you get a harbour view) especially when all lit up at night. Easy walk over the bridge to catch the harbour ferries. Hotel very clean and can't do enough for you. Great beds.

This was a great hotel. Checked us in at 9am in the morning, and into a room on the 7th floor with the most amazing view over Darling Harbour. The location couldn't be better, with a monorail and lightrail stop right at the edge of the hotel. The restaurant and room service at the hotel are great and the food is delicious but well priced. There is also a walkway from the hotel over to the Harbourside Shopping Centre, where you will find hundreds of shops and restaurants. This hotel is very close to most of Sydneys attractions if you want to walk or you can simply take the monorail. I will definitely be going back.

Very impressed. All positives, although I do wish they would not have a silly 30 minutes a day limit on free wireless internet in the lobby!!

We were very impressed with the Novotel Darling Harbour. Beautiful ,comfortable room,amazing view,convienent location,and very helpful staff. Starting each day with an awesome buffet breakfast was definately a major bonus even a gluten free and organic foods section. AWESOME, great all-round.

“Great hotel,location and view”

This is a great central hotel, 2 minutes walk to the monorail and lightrail for easy access to all of city. It is a short walk across a walkway to Harbourside - a shopping centre that also contains many cafes, restaurants and attractions. Hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and have all required facilities. Rooms on higher floors offer a great view of Darling Harbour and city skyline. Have stayed here twice now and would definitely go back when in Sydney next.

“Great family experience”

I saw this hotel in 1996 and I said I will come back and stay here. I asked my wife to book us with our 2 kids. We had everything that we wanted in a hotel for a small family like ours. Our rooms were big enough for us, very clean, safe for the kids and the staff were very helpful and very friendly. We love the bar and lounge because it is family friendly. I was able to enjoy my beer while my wife is also having coffee and our kids are having their favourite chocolate drink too. They love the video games at the lounge too. The hoel's location is excellent as it is walking distance to everything, like bars, restaurants, cafes and all the happenings in darling harbour. We decided to make this our family hotel every time we go to Sydney. Keep up the good work. I forgot to mention that the pool looked safe for the kids and we like the tennis court too. We will bring our gear next time.
