Nice Hotel

Hotel is close to a train station, restaurants and shopping center. Staff are always friendly and room is always perfectly clean. Nice hotel to just spend the night after a night out or a weekend break :)

Novotel parramatta

Ceilings were to low in the bath-outdoor spa wasnt working and it took 5 minutes for the workers to open the carpark doors

Good value for money

Pros: Great design, the glass covered lounging area at the rear of the hotel was a beauty.
Cons: A couple of repairs, the window lock was not far off falling off and would fall 10 floors to the street outside...!
Location: Food lovers have lots of choice. Riverside Theatre across the road. Westfield shopping Centre is a 10 min walk. Information Centre and parks nearby.
Great breakfast in the morning. Lots of choice, same as expensive Sydney hotels. Great view from 10th floor. On "Eat Street" and Riverside Theatre is across the zebra crossing. King size bed was really comfy. I slept really well but some noisy guests kept my partner awake. A couple of repairs needed eg, the bathroom window lock was about to fall off ! The toilet roll holder and toilet seat needed a little repair. Air-con bit noisy ( according to my electrician bloke).

Good value for money

Our stay was very pleasant, very close to everything you would need in Parramatta. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was included. Comfortable stay for a very good price.

I had the chance to stay only one night and it was more than enough. There was mould in the bath tub in our bathroom, the air conditioner was apparently on all night however did not cool the room AT ALL - the lobby was freezing when we'd step outside though! There was also construction going on just outside our window, completely out of the hotels control, however beware of that if you intend on sleeping in in the mornings, and don't leave your windows opened because it worsens the noise. The breakfast was mediocre. Overall the staff were lovely.

Pros: The Chambermaids are friendly and helpful makes my room cleaned and tidy
Location: Close to amenities, shops and restaurants
I stayed in your hotel for three days from the time I arrived from other State all I wanted is to have a good rest so I did My stay is an enjoyable one and had fun during our Conference .I had shared my experience to my family and friends and surely recommended this hotel and I will definitely come back in the next few months to come. the staff are helpful and provide my room clean and tidy everyday .

No Free Internet

Getting fed up with hotels in Australia charging for internet .now a days it is just another service . These days just about everybody uses and needs the internet when traveling .Thank god for the hotels in Asia No room slippers either . when will they learn to be more customer friendly . Overall a good experience.

Two days in the penthouse

We found novatel to be everything we wanted for the right price. The staff were attentive and the facilities where great. If I had to nit pick I would say the card readers where temperamental. Having only one lift which accesses level 12 could become inconvenient. The double doors into the rooms on level 12 where annoying to fit lounge into. There was also a lack of light in the rooms with side lamps being used for the majority of the lighting in the room. And that's it, we have become happy novatel customers and will recommend them to our friends. Thanks novatel
