PARKROYAL Parramatta

This hotel is good very convenient to most of the dining areas in Parramatta . Near to the station . The only thing Im not happy is that they are not able to provide free parking like some other hotels in Parramatta .

Great to see the PARKROYAL name thriving again. Albeit a short stay, 2 nights, we were warmly welcomed by the Reception staff. Quality fittings and fixtures in the room, great views, great location in Parramatta's CBD along with a superb breakfast in 'TABLE:30'. Plenty of parking also - AUD$19 per night. Will happily stay again!

Room overlooked a concrete unkept balcony so we kept the curtains shut.. The breakfast in our room wasn't a five star quality at all.. Because of our busy work schedule, we arrived late and tired, the room which was booked was a family room but it was a cramped standard room. In situations like this, it's quite late time if the night for a complaint so we simply accepted what we saw..

Great location Good size room, all basic needs all available Breakfast very average. Good for short business stay in Paramatta.

What a wonderful stay at the Parkroyal! My boyfriend and I were at a party in the area and decided to have an impromptu overnight stay. We booked a king bedroom, which was very clean and very modern; colour coordination was fantastic, and our room on level 7 happened to have a great view over part of Parramatta city. In the morning, one of the reception staff, Vicky, was surprised to hear we had been given breakfast included in our Expedia booking confirmation. She solved the issue quickly, and even though it seemed as though we should not have had breakfast included, she was happy to have it provided for us. Breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold foods, as well as plenty of drinks. Wonderful atmosphere with families, couples and business people in the restaurant. Overall, a fantastic stay!

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel the staff were very friendly room service was very fast the food was fantastic I would gladly book with this hotel again as the price was very cheap and affordable and the service was worth more than what i paid

Overall I was very happy with my stay at the Parkroyal. Room was good and staff were helpful. Cleanliness was great and the food was good and reasonably priced. The free Internet complimentary with the GHA membership was a welcome bonus. My only complaint would be I got a room with an adjoining door to the room next door. At night you can clearly hear the person next door due to the huge gap at the bottom of the door. Maybe something can be done about this or perhaps the guest should be advised of this when checking-in. Despite this my experience has been good and will definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. I will definitely be returning.

Nice, clean, and a good breakfast with lots of options. Also the bed was extremley comfortable.
