Ok Budget Hotel But Had Cockroach In Room

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness of hotel.
Location: It's right in the middle of the city so everything is near by.
The hotel is in a good location but the rooms are very small. The bathroom is tiny. I checked out after the first night because there was a cockroach in my room.

Good for a night or two but not for a long stay

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: The roof terrace and view
Cons: The decor of the hallways and rooms aid very dated.
Location: Really close to Museum and Town Hall train stations so great for travelling around the city. 5-10mins from Darling Harbour too which was convenient.
I needed a room for one night to go to a concert at the Sydney Opera House. The furnishings were modern but the room itself was very dated. The bathroom was small but suitable (apart from the little cockroaches but you come to expect them in Sydney). One negative was that the windows were really filthy so didn't get much of a view. Also be prepared for the city noise, it often sounded like the windows were wide open even when they weren't. Despite all of that, it is a convenient location and the price was good for where it was (30secs walk from Town Hall train station). Although I didn't have time to enjoy it, the roof area and pool are definitely a plus, you get a great view of the city and it is close to shops. I'm not sure I would stay there again, I would probably spend a little more for something of higher standard but it was suitable for what I needed this time.

Cons: The Shower head in the hotel rooms.
Location: Center of everything.
A great hotel if your stay in town needs to be central to everything.

Great position, convenient for stay

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: The price was great given the location.
Cons: As the rooms are small, I believe the decor & furniture in the room could be changed/adjusted to make it feel better. Also a bathroom fan installed!
Location: Great location in the city centre, short walk anywhere. Westfield was a couple of minutes walk away, as well as the Pitt St Mall.
My partner and I stayed here for four nights and were told by friends who had previous stayed here that the rooms were quite small. When we arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't as small as I thought it would be but it didn't bother us so much as we didn't plan to spend much time there. Extremely convenient location, we could walk anywhere in the city within minutes and had convenience stores/restaurants very close by, therefore saving money on transport!
