Harbour views, quiet nights and spectacular staff!Posted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Stayed in the apartment and studio apartment. Highly recommend the apartment, spacious and walls aren't thin so as to hear your neighbours.
Cons: Bathroom tiles had mould in grout.
Location: Just across the harbour, bus stop outside the hotel with easy access to the city. Shopping centre right next door and cinema across the road!
I stayed in the one bedroom apartment one night and stayed an extra night in the studio apartment. The rates are reasonble and the car parking convenient. If you want to stay close to the city but away from the congested streets and loud noises after dark, I recommend this place. There is a bus stop right put the front to get you where, a grocery store next door, a selection of cafes down the street and a cinema across the road, convenient to say the least. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, bathrooms are small to accommodate washing machine and sink facilities. The best part is the staff, one girl in particular, an absolute gem! Went above and beyond in service, very friendly and definitely one to see when booking your stay! Overall a wonderful stay for either one night or week.

Stayed for weddingPosted Sep 12, 2013
Stayed for wedding which was at CHowder Bay .. Staff very helpful and pleasant ...local taxis efficient and prompt ...room was very clean and anything you required was easily available .. The only fault we had was room stuffy...could not operate air conditioner ...very noisy and did not penetrate through room with thick curtains ...must be very old ...or not working anymore ..other than that ...pleasant stay

basic comfortPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed for one night and it was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Building, elevator and bathroom facilities kind of give away it's dated nature....not remotely modern and not remotely 5 star but it was not horrible either. Just your basic, clean, comfortable hotel stay. Given it's supposed to be a studio apartment I expected more room but that's because I usually get more studio space with mantra hotels. There was no parking space when I arrived as it was already fully booked but had no issues parking in the residential area two streets away. So pre-book your parking. Nice restaurants and bars around too. Overall a ok place to stay just don't expect anything special.

Surprisingly good accommodationPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was surprised by just how comfortable the "4 star" studio apartment was - having chosen it for the kitchenette facilities, I found myself with a very well-equipped mini-apartment (two hobs, an oven, dishwasher, a washing machine, laundry tub, clothes airer, couch, dining table and 2 chairs, TV, DVD player, AND a bed). My room was in the back of the hotel, so there was no street noise (someone else on my course was on the street side, and found it quite loud). The only things I think could be improved are (a) better pillows, as they were all overly soft, (b) my room's air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, so being here in the height of summer and winter would be irritating, and (c) each room has its own hot water cylinder, which is tiny (50 Litres, I think) - which makes it very challenging to get a warm shower that lasts long enough to get fully clean. The first day I ended up rinsing shampoo out of my hair while under a polar blast of water - not fun. They'd be better off having instant hot water - or at least forewarning people of the lack of hot water. But despite these issues, I'd definitely return if I had another course on in Neutral Bay/Cremorne area.

Accommodation Close by North SydneyPosted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: Good size room for couple on business or hospital visits.
Cons: Parking is tight
Location: Good alternate location if North Sydney accommodation unavailable.
The location is great for access to North Sydney and CBD. The room was clean but not finished off to the standard expected eg tile loors not mopped properly and left streaky. Shower curtain could be replaced and the toilet paper holder was loose A lamp in lounge room was not working. The bed was very comfortable.

Great except the bathroom.Posted Jul 16, 2013
Pros: Staff, room view, location
Location: Perfect for us - easy transport everywhere, great walks
Everyone at Reception was great, very welcoming and helpful. We stayed at (412) on the corner so had harbour views at one window and towards Mosman at another window, so it felt really open and was very comfortable. The apartment had all the facilities one would need for an extended stay. However, for a small cost, the Regis should fix the bathroom. It was rusty and mouldy. A bit of re-chroming/replacement, plus re-grouting and a bit of paint and it would make a huge difference and possibly an overall 5 rating. It would also be much easier to clean - I cleaned some mould above the shower recess.

Good staff, good location. Will stay again.Posted Jul 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall, suited our purpose very well. Clean tidy room, excellent value given it's location.Would suggest adding a small increase in charges or adding a surcharge for Foxtel, television rather old and not very good, maybe some investment in room entertainment would be advisable. Never the less l will certainly stay again and advise others the same.

One of the best in Milartiry rdPosted May 13, 2013
Location: An exultant location for our visit for the weekend.
Felt the room needed ventilation other than the door out on the balcony as well as exhaust fans in the bathroom.
