Top spot for accessing all Sydney

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Location and quality.
Cons: Better lounge furniture in the apartment.
We were checked in early and we're grateful for that. The staff were very friendly. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet looking out to the botanical gardens, while being at the heart of the public transport network. The opera house is right there. No decent food stores nearby.

Excellent Hotel

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Hotel is well positioned, close to the harbour, Circular Quay, The Rocks, and the gardens. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodated your needs. Breakfast and the bar area are wonderful and overlook Circular Quay. Pool is inside and heated. Have no hesitation in going back to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous, thoughtful staff

Posted Oct 2, 2014
I stayed with my three daughters (13, 9 & 6) and we all enjoyed the stay. They were particularly fond of the pool, spa & sun deck. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and every need was met.

Room to move and a great view

Posted Sep 27, 2014
With a cost comparable to most hotel rooms in the inner city, it's great to be able to enjoy fresh air on the balcony instead of claustrophobic fixed glass. Great staff and great rooms- all the usual mod cons and a nice choice in the minibar. Coffee machine and fresh milk was much appreciated. And the view is lovely! We had a harbour view room and it was lovely. This is our new favourite place to stay jn Sydney !

Just Heavenly

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic views, close to rail, ferry, and bus. Gorgeous room with a Nespresso machine! What more could you want?
Lovely location, with tremendous staff, and beautiful rooms. Four busy days of sightseeing and shopping, loved every minute of it. Bonus of having so many and varied restaurants close and handy.

Great Hotel close to Circular Quay

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Amazing views of the harbour. Walk out of the door and Sydney is upon you
Cons: Additional blankets for fold down bed
We spent a great three nights here on a short break for my Daughters Birthday. From arrival we were taken with the hotel staff - they were all so very welcoming. A good room with ample space and all the necessary amenities .Very comfortable and amazing views. Only small point worth mention would be a requirement for extra blanket/duvet for the fold down bed. We loved our stay and one staff - Raju - topped off a perfect birthday for my Daughter and will be one she will savour forever.

Home from home

This hotel is located on circular quay with an amazing view across to the harbour bridge (if that is the type of room you have). The room I had included a separate living area, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with lots of space. Being on circular quay it is perfect for access to the main areas of Sydney and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of food from room service was very good. I've stayed in lots of nice hotels across the world and this is up there as one of the best.

Location on Quayside

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Cons: An unfortunate mix with this tremendous hotel is a function room come bar that caters for live band and DJ gigs. Unreasonable noise during sleep!
Fantastic Harbour View Room, taking in the sights, lights and sounds of a busy Circular Quay and not forgetting Sydneys iconic bridge. Room utilises mirror walls and open layout with spacious partition to bedroom kitchen lounge and extra large bathroom equipped with spa.

Expected better for the price

Posted Jun 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location, staff very friendly, rooms large and well catered for.BUT! TV not working well asked to have it fixed but nothing. Room furnishings run down need servicing, handles on draws coming off with personal items still inside, oven knobs coming off in your hands. For the price one would expect better.
