Check inPosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: the hotels was very fresh clean and in a great location
Cons: the check in times when you call to get an early check in
Location: yes great location close to every thing that is why we booked there as we where only the for two days
The only thing I was not happy about was that I called the hotel five weeks before as we where on our way to the USA for a three week holiday and was stay at the Pullman for a couple of days on our way home back to Perth we landed at 6am and requested an early check in which I was told that would be ok and it was put on our booking. So when we got there at 730am in the morning very very tired after an 14 hour flight and was told that we could not get a room until after 1pm I was not happy at all we had two rooms booked you would think that's we could have got one to be able to have a shower and a lay down. Thank you Karen

Pullman Hyde ParkPosted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: Excellent location in CBD
Cons: A smoking area would be ideal
Excellent hotel, great facilities, excellent location over Hyde Park, right on the doorstep of Oxford Street.

Ok hotel with nice viewPosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Gym, View
Cons: Better pool, need improvement with the bathroom's very dated.
Location: Right at the bottom of hyde park, with a good view and close to museum station
Stayed at the Pullman for a number of nights, overall it was an adequate hotel although it did not offer anything exceptional. Service was average most of the time disinterested. It was basically an old hotel that half a makeover.

Good location but poor facilityPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
You can't blame anything about the accessibility of the hotel to major shopping center in Syndey downtown. It's good for business trip but not for leisure

We like the hotel, the room is clean, the surrounding is good near to park and CBD however some furniture need to be replaced since i was broken. The concierge section need to be improved for giving better service and information to the guest

Short StayPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: The front porter was excellent and polite. The curtains really kept the light out.
Cons: Friendly front desk person and to check that all things work correctly in the room.
Location: Great for train station to go to Circular Quay and easy 10 min walk to Center Point Tower
The Shower/bath tap didn't work probably. We were not told that a $100 would be taken off a our credit card and was informed on arrival and will take 5 working days to be reversed. No internet signal in the room on arrival. Not enough sugar for coffee. I like a top sheet not just a doona cover, very uncomfortable. no spare blanket and only a extra square pillow.

Park environment on the heart of cityPosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: I liked its location, beautiful presentation of the room and friendly staff.
Cons: It'd be great to set up the room for # of guest booked- we were 4 stayed 2 nights but the room had been set up only for 2. Needed more cups and towels
Location: Can easily walk to the Circular Quay, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour and Centre Point and lots more. There are plenty to explore around
It's located in the heart of city amenities-walking distance to the Opera house, Harbour bridge, Darling Harbour, Centre Point and lots more. The hotel room has beautiful city and Hyde Park view. It is only 2 minutes walking to Museum train station so I traveled to the airport at small cost. Staff are excellent- professional and friendly. I liked 24 hour reception facilities and onsite restaurant. The presentation of the room showed touch of both tradition and contemporary design- It was so relaxed and yet suitable to work on my laptop too.
