The exterior is nothing special--looks like a college dorm, but the rooms are quite nice--stylish and quaint. About 10min from The Sydney Opera House. Only negative is the internet fee--$18 for 24hrs.

“It's good by some staff but the manager seems not to be friendly at all.”

I'm Thai and I'm not sure the place suit me or not. For me, I felt good with 25 days staying there. It's long period staying for my business and hotel should feel great too. The surprise happened when one morning the manager, guy, drove to follow us till I arrived the work place. It's business area and there's nothing to do for this manager. Question is why did he have to do that? Do I look that incredible? Did he think my credit card information was fake? WHY? Also, no friendliness greeting from this guy which made me feel like I stay in this hotel by asking him for free price. So if you are gonna visit the place, just ignore this guy and you can stay more comfortable.

“Look Elsewhere”

Please may attention to check-in and check-out times, they are very strict about this. I had to learn the hard way. The "shuttle service" only runs twice in the morning, so you'll need to find your own way back home. Overall nothing to great about this place, some broken things in my room; the t.v. stand, the AC card holder and the faucet sink handle. I might have just been unlucky getting placed in that room but overall the hotel could use a makeover.
