Location, Location, Location

Posted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: Location in particular as it really suits those wanting to just spend time in the City.
Our second visit this year for overnight stays prior to boarding a cruise ship. The position is ideal for a leisurely walk down to the passenger terminal. It is equally well placed for Circular Quay dining venues - all within a short stroll. The hotel meets all our criteria for a good hotel stay - view from balcony, iron & ironing board, large rooms, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Central location for exploring

Posted Nov 22, 2014
Location: Close to circular quay, botanic gardens, opera house, transport.
Pleasant one night stay to attend a concert at the opera house. Nice, very spacious room but perhaps expected a bit nicer. Only on second floor so a bit disappointed missed out on a view and was a bit noisy thanks to a hens night function at the end of the hall. Very friendly staff, umbrellas to loan when it rains. Nice but nothing too special.

Perfect Getaway

This property was outstanding. Gorgeous boutique style hotel, staff were so very helpful and friendly. Upon checking in we were given an upgrade to a larger room with a cute little balcony which over looked the park. This was such a lovely surprise as we were travelling with our twin daughters and the extra space was great. On top of this is the location which is fantastic, as you can walk everywhere and the Harbour and Opera House are at the bottom of the street. I have told all our friends and would stay here again in a heart beat. I just wish we had a little longer stay so we could have tried out the beautiful bar and Resturant.

Nice hotel close to Circular Quay

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff at reception were exceptional - very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: All areas of the hotel needs to have updated information available to the patrons - poolside menu was old and out of date.
Location: Close to Circular Quay - ferries, the Sydney Opera house walking distance, Hop-on/Hop-off bus pick up close by.
I took up the offer of reducing my hotel cost by $10, by not having the bed changed, towels replaced, etc - only to realise that this also meant that the chamber maids did nothing in the room (didn't replace the face cloths that were placed in the tub, empty the waste basket, or vacuum).

Very nice Hotel in a superbly convenient location.

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Location, quality and value.
Cons: Some routine maintenance to the toilet required in Room 301.
Location: Only 100 metre walk to all the activities at Circular Quay and also not too far from the Rocks.
Very pleasing accommodation in just the right location for our visit.

Beautiful hotel with ambience

Posted Oct 21, 2014
From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The concierge was quick to greet us and before we knew it we were in our room, which didn't disappoint. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was also spacious. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney or just for an escape from everyday life!! The finishing touches and light fittings gave the room that extra bit of elegance.
