reasonably priced, comfortable hotelPosted Aug 16, 2014
The room is much larger than normal hotel rooms, with a "work" area including a large desk. The extra space is very nice. The common areas of the hotel look slightly old (hallways, stairs, outdoors) however inside the room is fairly modern. Overall great value for money and highly recommended!

Nice surrounding outdoor views but poor indoorPosted Aug 12, 2014
Disappointed in the poor quality of the rooms, furniture is old, cockroaches in bathroom, bed half broken, the entrance room is useless, coffee tea in dif' room than fridge. There shld be one key for the room & fitness room. I was shocked at the quality despite the beautiful surrounding & perfect location

Customer servicePosted Aug 3, 2014
Cons: if Hotel is able to shunt these rude staff out and keep more good staff like that night shift manager..
Location: location is good close to most of basis amenities
During my stay the Hotel facilities were good, however considering that was my second time booking at this Hotel I encountered a couple of very rude customer service staff. These customer service staff which I had reported to their night shift manager was extremely condescending and unaccommodating. One of these two staff had the audacity to argue with me even after the incident in the hallway. I found this particular staff was very rude and wonder why and howcome these sort of people are hired at the customer service face of such a renowned Hotel! Until these rude and unaccommodating staff are in this Hotel it's very less likely I'll be staying there again. Having shared my bitter experience I found their night shift manager (can't name but he knows) was very helpful in resolving my queries and even offered a complimentary salad to win my loyalty and provide something extra. Let's see if Hotel is able to shunt these rude staff out and keep more good staff like that night shift manager..

Nice hotelPosted Aug 2, 2014
Not too expensive and is really a good hotel for it's price. But the food is too expensive probably should offer discount for check in guest.

Bargain stayPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: The Friday night seafood buffet
Cons: Attention to minor details like making sure there's a breakfast menu in the room each evening and enough teabags in the caddy.
Location: North Ryde is close to Lane Cove National Park
This three night stay was an online special and amazing value. The hotel is not central but suited our needs for this trip. The dining and bar facilities are excellent. It can be a bit of a walk to the rooms as it's two floors only and fairly spread out. Room facilities were very good although getting our toilet to stop running was a challenge late on a Friday evening.

stay at stamfordPosted Jul 28, 2014
Happy with accomadation clean helpful staff. First time to Sydney we found it difficult to find with poor signage out the front. only one way in to entrance from a busy intersection. Hotel over the road had a night club on the Wednesday and Friday night we stayed there so loud music was an issue for us staying in roadside room. Shower pressure and tempreture was hit and miss. Free parking near our room was good. Walking distance to train and shopping centre. Room service breakfast was cold and we didn't enjoy it. Coffee was horrible. Would I stay there again NO.
