Nice Hotel, close to the harbour and City ShoppingPosted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: Cleanness and large room
Cons: Staff at reception, did not even ask how our stay was. I got the impression that they looked after their coperates and did not care about the tourist
Location: Location was great. close to Darling Harbour for cafes, restaurants, harbour cruises etc.
Only had 3 days here but very central for sight seeing

Good central locationPosted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: The building is a classic, and during WWII was the headquarters for Gen McArthur,
Classic building in a good area and walking distance to the Quay and Darling Harbor. However, the electricity is 220V so bring a converter or plan to buy one. We had a good time and enjoyed the staff.

Found Sydney very relaxing and interesting and The Grace Hotel became the central hub to go from.

Location, service, quality!!Posted Sep 30, 2014
We loved our time at The Grace! The staff were so accommodating and professional, with a real warmth to their service. Great central location in Sydney, walking distance to everywhere we needed to go, only used a taxi once because I was in heels! The 1930's-built building is beautifully restored with a classy art deco feel that is really fabulous. We will definitely be back!!

Room was nice but parking is a problemPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The room was nice, staff were friendly
Cons: Better map from concierge for finding the overflow car park is a must.
We were running late to the hotel and the hotel car parking was full and we had trouble locating the overflow car park. The room was nice and the hotel is close to circular quay etc but after circling the block 4 times to find parking in traffic, then walking two blocks with luggage we won't be staying here again.

A very central hotelPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The convenience of its location and the friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: The lighting in the rooms - and there needs to be two table/bed lamp for twin beds.
Location: So Central - easy to access the main shopping area, the Quay, buses, eating places and theatres.
A very comfortable and convenient hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Twin beds were double bed size so extremely comfortable. Only drawback was the poor lighting in the room, and there was only one table lamp for twin beds.
