nice hotel close to the cityPosted Nov 15, 2014
It would be a good hotel for work or business where is colse to the CBD, but it's a bit far from Circular Quay, if for sight seeing.

Good pricePosted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Price, locatoin and breakfast.
Very good price in the very centrum of the city. Nice breakfast but terribly unorganised reception desk. A few of the personnel at the reception desk also ignorant.

Good location but has bugsPosted Nov 6, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: The rooms need renovating and fumigating!
Good location, close to the CBD, hyde park and trains. Room was small. There were cracked/broken tiles on the floor at the kitchenette and in the bathroom, so it distracted from the rest of the room. Beds not comfortable and there was no spare linen etc (i.e pillows) in the room. When sharing the room with someone and both of you only have one flat pillow each, it makes for a uncomfortable night with a very sore neck the next day. There were also LOTS of fruit fly looking bugs in the shower/bathroom. I had notified reception staff of this, who sent a cleaner up to deal with the infestation. When the cleaner turned up, I explained the situation...however I'm not too sure how much he understood. I went out for the day and returned in the afternoon to the infestation still there, still flying and crawling around in the shower and bathroom! Quite disappointing and really didn't make my stay very pleasant!

Very Central for all amenities.Posted Nov 5, 2014
Pros: Very clean and spacious.
Cons: Maybe a toaster would be nice!!
Location: Central for everything But nothing is better than spending a whole day at Darling Harbour and Cockle bay in
We had a great time at the Travelodge in Wentworth Ave Sydney. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. Its a very central location for all areas you wish to visit especially the beautiful Darling Harbour.

DisappointingPosted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: It's location in Sydney.
Despite booking for a twin room months in advance they "only had" a double room when booking in. Air con was very noisy. Various lifts were out of order most of the weekend. Tiny bathroom. This was in no way a hotel worth the room rate we paid.

Expected more for $190 per night.Posted Oct 29, 2014
Cons: almost everything
No top sheet; bottom sheet did not cover mattress properly; staff disinterested, snivelling - could not even change sheets on request; room tired; bathroom unacceptable levels of mould. Only thing going for it is its very convenient location
