great spacePosted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: gated space felt private and quiet
Cons: rooms and air con need an overhaul
Location: 5 minute walk, great cafes nearby and the bus stops right outside so you can leave your car and see the city
lovely to drive into a gated sanctuary and be so close to the beach and cafes. rooms generally need a face lift overall the experience was great and I recommend it for the space and quietness

Sofa bed a disgracePosted Jan 6, 2015
Liked the pool. Location pretty good. BUT we were a party of 3. So my son had the sofa bed which we had to make up. The mattress was paper thin. He ended up having to put the sofa cushions on the mattress in order not to have the metal springs digging in his back. Totally unacceptable!

Good value for moneyPosted Jan 1, 2015
Pros: The facilities were good, a nice swimming pool and a laundry room on site.
The apartments were good value considering the location. The interior was a little dated but nothing awful.

Convenient but...Posted Dec 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was clean, and the location is fantastic, but for the price, a couple of things lack. There is no tea or coffee provided, just a kettle, which we thought was a bit stingy. The AC units are loud, very loud. Beds OK, bit hard to stay warm or stay cool with the sheets and coverings, just not quite right. The outdoor areas are run down, and there are signs everywhere telling you what you cannot do, which we found a little OTT. There is nowhere outside to relax with a drink, which we thought was a bit rough. It is an older block, so being a bit tired is to be expected, but it is a little depressing. Positives are parking on site which is secure, which is a massive blesssing in Bondi, and the location. You can roll out of bed into Bondi cafes, and the beach. Bus stops to the city at the door. Hard to fault the location. All in all, its a bit pricey for what you get.

Easy accessPosted Dec 23, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, nice surrounds, safe & secure, good position.
Cons: Perhaps the shower stall could be modernised to be walk-in rather than step-in but it wouldn't prevent me staying there again.
Location: Easy short bus ride to Bondi Junction shopping centre; bus or walk to Bondi Beach; walking distance to heaps of cafés, restaurants and shops.
Great position and affordable for the visitor to Bondi. Easy access to either Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction as the 389 bus stop is right at the door. For those who don't mind walking the beach is within walking distance and along the way you can browse the shops and cafés along bustling Hall St.
