“waldorf experience”

the hotels in Sydney are very expensive and this one had several advantages. no surcharge for the car and in apartment laundry. these two items brought an average apartment above the norm. I would have liked a better idea on where to caught public transpartation. other wise was a good expiriance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Updated and clean rooms with all the amitities of a small apartment. Terrific breakfast, pool deck with jacuzzi and workout room. Free secured parking. Highly recommended for value, comfort, and location.

I have three simple suggestions for us lame Yanks in Sydney: 1. An option for a later check-out with extra charge... 10am is a bit early to be so inflexible, especially when getting in >11pm the night before. 2. A warning/set expectations about how to get into the building after hours... It was a bit rattling, but it worked.. set expectations in an email that there will be a 'process' for after hours check in. It is a good process once discovered... 3. WiFi was expensive... surely free WiFi is the order of the day now..
