We had a wonderful stay at Blue for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The concierge was very friendly he told us a little about the hotels history while he carried our bags up showed us around our room. He then arranged a complementary bottle of champagne for us to celebrate our anniversary the champagne came up with strawberries and was very nice.
Our room had a lovely out look of the Finger Wharf and the city skyline.
We went out for our evening and when we returned the room had been tidied (Glasses replaced and champagne in the fridge) and our bed had been turned down.
The hotel was very comfortable and close to the city and lovely Cafes in Potts Point.

This hotel goes out of its way to please customers. One of the concierge staff actually walked my wife and I to a "quiet" restaurant on a rocking, busy Friday night in the middle of Sydney. It was refreshing to work with the extremely accommodating concierge staff for help with local information, baggage, news, etc. - in a system in which they do not expect tips!!!!
The hotel also provided us with a electrical converter from 240 to 110 so that we could charge our i-Phones and i-Pad.
