Ok hotel.Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: The property and aesthetics.
Location: Well....the hotel is surronded by other hotels. A few restaurants are near by. However you're not far from the highway which takes into to Syracuse.
If you're looking for a cheap hotel to stay for a one night lay over then stay here. if you're looking for a "nice" memory then stay away. They are very accommodating but the over abundance of pink in my room as well as the heat vent covers hanging off the heat vents as well as the fact that the security isn't that great. I was told to park down the side of the building so that I'm closer to my room. However, the door that lets me into the hotel was wide open and there was the silhouette of the security card slot that was clearly broken off the door. But for $39 what can you expect.

The staff are always friendly and remember our rooPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: We like the price and location.
Cons: They serve a continental breakfast. So maybe if they had some fruit or yoghurt.
Location: It is located near the thruway. It is close to shopping and theatres.
The hotel is an older microtel. They seem to be upgrading some of the bedding and mattresses. It is in a convenient location, right beside a thruway exit. If you are looking for a clean no frills hotel at a good price this may work for you.

Good place for a couplePosted Jan 3, 2015
All rooms have a queen bed and 2 towels. Very clean rooms, but bring your own soaps. Simple breakfast, coffee and bagels. Friendly staff.

Perfect for a shopping tripPosted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Priced well.
Cons: All exterior doors should be accessible by room card. Some are broken and difficult to cross the unsalted icy parking lot to find a door to get in.
Location: Close to the I90 and all shopping. 5 minutes away from Timmies for Canadians.
Only booked to catch a few hours sleep between Black Friday sales. Perfect for that but not a vacation hotel. No amenities and couldn't connect to the free wifi the whole stay.

Warm cheep room.Posted Nov 30, 2014
Cons: This hotel is years past a needed renovation.
Location: I was visiting family
The room had heat and a hot shower. Not much else TV was poor, carpet was years past when it should be replaced. But the price was good and actually what you should expect for the money. Very cold night and the small room heated up very quickly

Good room for the pricePosted Nov 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was pleased With the room for the price we paid. If you need a decent cheap place for the night, then this is it. Breakfast was included and although not extensive it was fresh and clean.

STAY AWAY!Posted Nov 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
When I walked in, the ceiling was falling in! The manager after seeing me staring at the ceiling said "oh, we had a bad storm". This was NOT recent damage. It was cheap so i overlooked it and checked in. I went to the room, ooked around for about 15 seconds and turned around and went right back to the front desk and told them to cancel me. The manager gave me a "quizical look" as if to say whats wrong, but i didnt let him speak! I just told him not to say it and credit my account. The room was DISGUSTING!!! Carpet filthy. Bathroom tub I wouldnt step in with waist high waders on! Sink that had dirt caked on it! STAY AWAY!!!'
