“STAY THERE YEARLY AT LEAST ONCE”

ON VACATION ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR, USALLY MY KIND OF PLACE THAT I COULD AFFORD.

“Great One Night Place”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice small bar and restaurant open in the evenings. Good food with large portions for the cost. I recommend this as a nice place to stay coming in for a night or leaving on an early flight.

“convenient is all”

This hotel is convenient for an early morning flight. It's very dated and the room was extremely small. Location is all it has to recommend it.

“Good for airport access”

We decide to stay near the Syracuse airport because of an early flight. The front desk manager was helpful by warning that even for domestic flights 1 1/2 hours was neceassary.

“Bad shuttle service”

The hotel itself was nice but the shuttle service to & from the airport is terrible or maybe I should say the people running it are terrible. When we left for our trip we were told to call the hotel for the shuttle once we returned & were at the baggage claim. When we returned I phoned the hotel once were at the baggage claim and the gentlemen told me to call back when we had our luggage so I told him that we did not want to have to wait & he told me very sarcastically that they did not want to have to wait either. Once we received our luggage which was not more than 5 min later I called back & the man told me that we had just missed the shuttle & that he would have to send it back over to pick us up. I told him that we now had to wait & that we were specifically told to call once we were at the baggage claim & he said that we should not have been told that. Once I looked over my business card from the hotel I noticed the name on the card was the same as the person I was speaking to on the phone & he was the Guest Services Manager. Amazing! I will not be using their service again.

“Convenient airport hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised by the Best Western at the Syracuse airport. It is not luxurious but it was a comfortable, clean hotel very conveniently located. If you are flying into or out of Syracuse, this is a fine hotel.

“Good airport hotel”

A clean, decently priced hotel within walking distance of Syracuse airport. Nothing fancy, but does the job well if you have a late night or early morning flight. Room was quiet and clean, and we were not disturbed by any plane sound. Being able to park your car in the hotel lot and walk to the airport is convenient.

“Bad service”

Bad service, I had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk at the front desk to show up. The room was small, pillows were tiny.

“Impressed but not impressed”

Room small but clean. We just wanted and over night stay taking family back to the airport. The only improvement would be their bathroom linens. Towels stained and needed to be replaced. Other than that it was fine.
