“Great getaway close to the city”
The hotel is away from the city, but close enough it only takes a matter of minutes to be where you want to be. Friendly staff, and great breakfast and room. Had a slight problem with the bathroom, but they said they would fix it right away, too bad we were leaving that day so we don't know if they really fixed it or not. Would definately return.

“Better then Expected”
I picked this hotel after reading other reviews and I was impressed. It is a newer hotel and the condition is great. They had eggs and sausage and waffles for breakfast and the pool was nice sized. The exercise equipment was dated, but usable. The room was nice and clean. The beds were pretty hard for my comfort, but that is up to me! The staff was helpful and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
“Love, Love, Love that hot tub.”
My only complaint was that I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and paid extra for late check-out on Monday so that I could use the hot tub before leaving on Monday and it had been emptied for cleaning first thing Monday morning and was not ready for use before leaving on Monday. I understand that it needs to be cleaned but I would like to have known that when booking as my primary reason for going was the hot tub.

Good: Great Rooms, new motel, pond, indoor pool, friendly and helpful staff, security door limits access to hallway, fast check-in/check-out. Bad: A little hard to find - not near the other motels in Liverpool.

They were very nice and understanding to us, to insure our comfort. We certainly would not hesitate to use this motel again.
“5-diamond service at a 3-star price”
I arrived very late and was cold, tired and hungry. Michael, who was working the front desk upon my arrival was genuinely friendly, efficient and professional. The morning breakfast had a wide variety and was set up very nicely. I was impressed with this select service hotel and would highly recommend it.
