good for the price. within walking distance of cooks diner and db’s drive in (both very good). even with a fully packed parking lot, it was quiet at night. room was spacious.

Perfect place for Canalway trail bikers
Great place. No frills and definitely a little old, but its clean and exactly what I needed. I was biking down the canal to Albany and there’s not many places to stay on the Canalway Trail in that section, and this place is perfect if your doing the trail. It literally on the trail, there’s food and places to go within walking distance and they are very used to bicyclers staying there, I think that night there were 8 rooms occupied by bikers.

Welcoming staff was awesome! Properly was very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating with referring us at to restaurants. Across the street was Cooks Diner and food was excellent! Great conversation with Kelsey whose mom was a great hostess!

Older motel that needs renovations
The room was cleaned. The room smelled terrible, like a moldy/damp smell. Had to go to a store to purchase air fresheners which helped a little. Found a roach trap next to the bed on the floor, maybe for preventative measures? The lamp next to the bed had only one bulb that worked which made the room very dark. The chair in the room was dirty and stained along with the desk chair. Breakfast was delicious. The motel is older and just needs some renovations.

one night near Syracuse airport.
We needed a reasonably priced motel room close to Syracuse airport. We wanted a clean, quiet room which filters out ambient light and has comfortable bed. it was all of the above. This hotel is very clean and has new amenities. including mattresses, paint and Capet. the Continental breakfast was good, adequate and the staff was friendly and excited about their motel.

Fields behind were nice to walk by. Error on orbitz site said dog friendly, and was not! So owners put me in old, dingy, room with big stains and roach traps. However linens and bathroom clean.please correct site—NO PETS

I apologize for the misleading amenity. For some reason I have submitted our NO PETS policy for a year now, since our rooms have all been renovated but to no avail.I have had to involve our headquarters to assist on this issue and I look forward to it being resolved soon.Thank You for your comments.

My kids had tournaments in that area. I was the only adult and felt safe in the hotel. Room was clean and pretty decent. I’d definitely stay there again.

Bicycle Friendly
It is right on the Empire State Trail. I arrived on bicycle. They had no problem with me taking my bike to my room. They had an old sheet ready to protect their new rugs.

It was easy to find, easy off and easy on the interstate. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The lobby and breakfast room clean and well-stocked and the room was clean and comfortable with great beds and decorated nicely. We appreciated the microwave and room fridge. I will recommend Weedsport Rodeway to my family.

Clean. Great for a one night stay. Breakfast was not included as advertised on the booking “due to COVID 19” which was disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically over another because it included breakfast but then didn’t. Luckily there’s a Dunkin’ donuts like 2 mins away.

It was very clean. Room had no refrigerator. Quiet area. I am tierd of places saying no breakfast because of Civid. If they are not serving breakfast they need to say that on web sight.

I was called at 9 pm and was left a voice mail to tell me that my two rooms had been cancelled due to frozen pipes. The caller stated that they had arranged for us to go to the Red Roof Inn in another part of the town. When i called back I was told it was a mistake. I checked in as arranged at midnight. There had been a snowstorm and the walkways were covered with 3 inches of snow and ice. No attempt to clear any walkways had been made. In one room the sheets on both beds were yellow stained all over the surface of the bed. ..not just a spot. I requested new sheets and had to go to the office to get them and put them on the beds myself. The base of one of the beds was apparently broken and banged on the floor when someone would sit on the edge of the bed. The fan/light in the bathroom was rattling and was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk in the bedroom so we used the bathroom with the light off and door open. The other room did not have a clock and the entrance door was jammed in such a way that it had been difficult to open and then would not close completely so cold air came in through the crack all night.

Overall great stay! But due to weather issues the cable in room 208 wasn't working for a day. Friendly staff, reasonable price but could have had a discount on the hotel stay since the cable wasn't working.

More or less typical of a budget motel. Nothing special. The fan comes on with the light in the bathroom - it was so loud you couldn’t use it without waking up the other person so you had to use it in the dark

It is clean for the most part. The towels had stains on them and the carpet was not nice. The carpet should be taken out. If you can't find another place to stay, this would work for 1 night only.

nice clean Motel and would stay there again. They just need more chairs outside the rooms so you can sit and enjoy the outdoors.
