“Great place to stay for varying customers.”

Very comfortable, very satisfyed. As good a service as much more expensive hotels/motels. Easy to get to downtown Syracuse from here. A little far from all but fast food restaraunts. The continental breakfast rivals many "High Class" Motels. Overal an excellent place to stay for a business or casual traveler or a family on a trip. Also had large college group staying during my time there. Did not in anyway interfere w/my own stay. Kudos to your staff.

“Travel with kids”

A big room which fit our needs of family travel with 2 kids. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Hot coffee was served over night in the lobby.

For the price I paid, I got my money's worth. The staff was courteous. As expected, the room was clean. I felt safe sleeping there. Breakfast was nicely displayed and you could tell that great care was taken to keep the dairy products at a required temperature. I would definitely return there and recommend it.

“Great Hotel and Wonderful Breakfast!”

The hotel was great! Very clean and the room was a great value! Cheap and comfortable is the best combo! We wanted to take the King size bed home with us it was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing with tons of choices! We highly recommend the Comfort Inn in Syracuse, NY and you can't beat the price!

Location and the Expedia special price were reason for choosing this hotel. But it met all our needs and offered a very friendly and pleasant staff along with a good (included) buffet breakfast. Would definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the hotel services were nice. The breakfast in the morning left a little to the imagination but for free it was acceptable.

Except for minor problems in room such as plumbing everything was fine. The hotel telephone number should be in the confirmation itenary so when traveling it would be easy to use that information to contact hotel

“First travel with a newborn and were VERY pleased!”

Aside from the carpet desperately needing to be replaced (highly recommend wearing slippers or socks b/c barefeet become filthy) the experience was fantastic. Got a room w/ 2 queen beds and our Pack and Play fit perfectly between the beds. There was a nominal fee for a microwave/fridge but it worked out fantastic! Room arrangement was great with an alcove designated for the fridge/micro and there was plenty of room to fit a cooler. Staff at the hotel were just so nice! We did have one problem with the shower rod but maintenance fixed within 10 minutes of our call! And we actually forgot one of our cell phone chargers behind. We called them and not only did they find it but they mailed it to us at no cost! We were traveling with a 6 week old and they really just made our stay such a great experience! We will definitely stay there again when we return to NY and would recommend them for a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate.
