Pros: Breakfast was good and the area was clean and friendly
Cons: Update the hotel
It was a cut below normal Comfort Inns, the rooms were out dated, wall paper was falling off walls the the bathroom, the room door had to be slammed to be secured, secure after hour doors where not functioning.. One was constantly unlocked, the other door the lock did not open with the card key.

We apologize for failing to exceed your expectations in regards to the safety and security locks at the hotel. Due to a malfunction in the locking mechanism, we chose to keep the door permanently locked, from the outside only, for the safety of our guests. We will certainly have the maintenance staff investigate all entrance doors for proper operation. We have recently initiated a new bedding package, installed new carpet, wall art, mirrors, lighting and soft seating in all guest rooms. Our next phase will be the guest room bathrooms. I hope you will give us another opportunity to provide the quality service we are known for.

Nice hotel for overnight stay

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Location: Easy access to airport/mall.
They were renovating so the elevator was out of order BUT it was sweet that the rooms had new carpet!!! Room cleanliness/freshness is a big deal.

Would not go back

Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Breakfast good. Easy access off the highway.
Cons: Heating and AC needs major upgrading.
Location: Syracuse University easy access
Main problem was that the heater/AC did not function. We arrived rather late (9PM) and did not feel we had the time to request repair. Since we had to get up early the next day. Another problem was that the room window opened onto the pool area which was noisy. That quieted down about 10PM. The morning complementary breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. This is,at best, a back up motel (as it was for us) when the motel(s) you desire are full.

No Double Beds

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, Bar and pool nice, although we did not get a chance to swim. Looked great
Cons: more perks?
Location: N/A, we did not have time
Expedia booked us one king size bed and pull-out couch instead of the reserved double beds for three adults. Hotel blamed it totally on Expedia and said they had no double beds available. TV remote did not work at first, until we reset the TV. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff were very nice. Bar is expensive, but nice

Building needs to be updated

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Easy access to highway. Nice indoor pool.
Cons: Replace carpeting, paint walls and doors. Update!
Building is very run down and dated. Bed was comfortable, but room was just ok. No night stand lamp. Elevator was on other side of building.

Good breakfast cold pool

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Warmer pool and baggage carts
They are renovating this hotel. They have no luggage carts available because they are using them in the renovation - which is odd. Decently clean. Great breakfast and well stocked. Freezing cold pool. Kids aren't allowed in the hot tub and are need to wear special bracelets to be allowed in the pool. I think they are trying to discourage swimming because the pool is right beside the breakfast area and it was very loud.

hotel was ripped up for remodel, fire doors propped open, wires hanging, noisy, smelled of drywall and carpet glue, no services available, pool smelled bad, permeated room with chlorine smell, shower curtain moldy. no one should stay here!!
