Nice hotel

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Very good value. Like the kitchenette in the room. Breakfast has something for everyone. Staff very willing to help.
Cons: Facilities are starting to show a little wear. One example, the shower plate that covers the spigot was pulled away from the wall. Others available
Location: There's a university in the area that we visit periodically. Other than that, not much reason to go to Syracuse.

Happy Customer

Pros: The hospitality
Cons: Just be cinsistent with the service
Location: Great location. This hotel is right off the thruway and only 30 miles form the casino. The are is very safe and there are many fine restuarants .
My wife and I stayed in Syracuse on Carrier Circle and Chresthill Suites. The hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous, polite and professional. The staff was not superficial and thats what I like. The room was excellent; clean and comfortable. I love the stove and microwave and frig. The room was sound proof and I was able to sleep soundly. We encountered a situation and I called the desk around 10 pm and the lady I believe Heather took care of it right away and I was very pleased with this. The shower worked great and my entire stay was wonderful. When we were checking out even the housekeeper asked if we liked our room. This is what I call great hospitality. I myself had worked in hotels over 30 years. I will recomend this fine hotel to anyone but I think more for the professional working man and lady. You can cook your own meals and the rooms are sound proof. They have a food menu you can order food and the breakfast is great. I will definitely recomend this hotel to everyone. I an very happy with the service. I will definely stay there agian. Ted Thompson Rochester , NY

Pros: Breakfast included. Kitchen in the room, while I didn't stay very long, it is a wonderful convenience. Super comfortable bed.
Checked in late and the gentleman at the desk was very accommodating and helpful. The self serve breakfast that was included was very nice, Lots of variety and clean. I found this to be extremely helpful as I had to be somewhere and was running a little late. Overall, really nice place and would stay again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. However, it met our needs for an overnight stay. It was only 15 minutes from Syracuse University and the bed was comfortable.

The Italian night was awesome, I didn't have to run out for a meal. The beer was good too! Very nice hotel, keep up the good work.

Convenient and clean for a great price

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Compared to the other hotels in the area, this was a very nice place to stay. I paid $90 for the room and it was as nice as the $189-200 rooms in the area. I was unsure at first, but when I pulled in, I was pleasantly pleased.

My favorite hotel

Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Location: The location is a a it off the beaten path but that's okay when it's surrounded by a big city.
I have 2 children at Syracuse University so I'm up there a lot. This is my favorite hotel in Syracuse. For the price, it is as good and probably better than the more expensive hotels nearer the campus. I don't stay anywhere else when I'm in Syracuse. The service, the breakfast, the rooms, the cleanliness are all top shelf. I have never heard anything through the walls or in the hallways and I'm a light sleeper. Love this hotel.
