Cresthill Suites Syracuse

Suiite was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom arrangement was adequate but somewhat confining. Front desk was helpful and business services was easy to use.

Was a good place to stay for comfort and price; staff was courteous, helpful and polite.

Very clean, everything for the business traveler. Very good price/value. Near restaurants.

Good place for short stay and good restaurants are short drive away. Breakfast selection was minimal.

I reserved a "studio" through expedia, thinking it would have a fold out couch for our daughter. When I found it didn't, I asked for a rollaway bed. The man at the desk ordered the extra bed then looked to see if there was a one bedroom for us. He found one and did not charge for the upgrade. The rest of the staff was equally friendly and accommodating. This was a good value for the price and offered a better than average buffet breakfast.

I generally stay at this hotel every time I return to the Syracuse area. It feels like a home away from home.

Quick easy check in and check out Rooms are spacious and clean, although their furniture and linens are a bit old school Bathrooms are modern and clean Breakfast was decent Overall, great value for your money. I would return to this hotel.
