“Would definitely go back”

I lucked out, by pre-paying, and got a budget type rate, for this above average hotel. Eventhough it has Suites in the name I was not expecting a full kitchen and livingroom in addition to the two queen beds. Because we were on the second floor we had peaked ceilings; parking was included. The breakfast was fairly good too.

Great little suite with a complete kitchen with full size appliances that included a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refridgerator. The sitting area was very comfortable. Wi-Fi and the 24 hour On Demand coffee were highly appreciated.

“best so far”

as parents of a syracuse student, we have had several opportunities to check out area hotels. crest hill suites was by far the best so far -- a little out of the way (but we have always had to go wide to get the best rates) - this one is just off carrier circle/off the thruway - just northeast of carousel mall. and it is great - bedroom area, living room area & kitchen met all our needs. great find.

“Great for families!”

With a real kitchen and a separate living room, this hotel has fantastic suites for families. One of the biggest vacation expenses is feeding everybody, so with an included breakfast and the ability to store lunch foods (and beer! ;-) ) in the fridge, you can really save a lot. Stack a few "home cooked" meals and you've got a great way to vacation in comfort without spending a lot of money. The great part about this hotel is that you can save money while still being comfortable. My room was exceptionally clean, *big* and they took great care of me while I was there. I highly recommend this hotel as an alternative to the big chains. Try it and you'll be impressed!

“Great Place and We Rebooked.”

Except for the snafu with the air conditioner, the hotel and the staff were great. We even extended our stay for another night and they were very nice about it even though they only had one room left. We have re-booked to stay another 5 nights. The afternoon 'snacks' were great and really hit the spot for us after a long, hot day. But the hotel was difficult to find at night.

“Will stay only here when in Syracuse”

The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. I couldn't expect more. The breakfast that came included was good and enough for me. I was impressed and given the price it was a terrific bargain.

Cresthill Suites are beautiful. Great if you were staying a few days. It has a fully equipped kitchen, which for a tamily traveling with children could be a real money saver. Breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold choices. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Clean, quiet, comfortable what else can you ask for.

“Comfortable in Syracuse”

Cresthill Suites in Syracuse is a very comfortable stay. Front desk staff was great. the room was clean and well appointed. Had everything you needed for an extended stay even though we were just passing trhough. They are not a chain hotel but they could do very well if they were.

The hotel was very clean and the room had a full kitchen which was very nice because I don't use powder creamer in my coffee so I was able to buy milk and keep it in the frig.

“Night out”

We enjoyed the hotel and wished that we had more time to spend in it!
