Nice hotel, great perks

Pros: The made-to-order omelets and happy hour!
Cons: House keeping
Location: Didn't do any sight seeing while I was there. Justin's Grill, just a couple blocks away, has awesome food!
Embassy Suites is one of my favorite hotels. I enjoy the made-to-order omelets every morning and the happy hour at night. The only reason I didn't give them a 5* across the board was because housekeeping wasn't up to par this time and I've stayed at this hotel before. Despite hanging my towels on the door per the conservation policy, they were almost always replaced. My dirty glasses, however, weren't replaced a couple of days. Nor was my empty tissue box until I specifically requested a new box in person. The shuttle driver was a sweet heart and went out of her way to say hello to me when she saw me each morning.

Would be nicer if restaurant hours were honored

Pros: Relatively close to the state fair.
Cons: The hotel seemed tired and like there was some much needed renovation work going on. The hide-a-bed in the couch was the worst sleep ever too.
We stayed here after a day/concert at the state fair. When checking in we were told we could enjoy the restaurant until midnight. The directory found in the room also confirmed that time. We got back to the hotel at 11:30 pm after our concert and wanted to have a drink, but when we went in, we were told the restaurant was closed. We called the service desk to ask if we could get some drinks to-go for our room and we were told that the restaurant was closed and that would not be possible. It seemed like it was just a slow night at the restaurant and they wanted to close early and then when customers came in, they didn't feel like undoing their closing work. Disappointing, as there really is no place around to go, and we were expecting that they would honor their times. They did honor the times at breakfast as the coffee was shut off and all the food was gone at 9:30 exactly. Lastly, it was disappointing to have staff members watch us wipe down their tables, clear off plates, etc. so we could have a place to sit. It would have been nice for them to extend themselves and do their jobs.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we are sorry for the confusion with our restaurant. Our hours online show the restaurant closes at 10pm and room service ends at 11pm, however we will stay open past 10pm depending upon demand. That said, we offer a 24 hour Corner Pantry where guests can find cold items and items which can be heated in their room. Very good hotel

Pros: It is very clean and comfortable hotel
Cons: Internet signal .does not have signal on the bedroom.
Location: I was not looking for anything specific near buy.
Nice and clean , very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Perfect place to stay when dragging kids back to school shopping. Pool was well maintained, rooms spacious and the manager's reception and full breakfast in the morning were both outstanding. Would recommend.

Pros: Nice location, nice beds.
Location: Close to Destiny USA and to the New York State Fair.
Generally, Embassy Suites are great. Except when you get a room with windows facing the big air conditioning fans. These were quite noisy although we managed to sleep through them due to our fatigue.

It was a busy/ hectic time moving my son into his dorm and attending all the meetings. A huge campus, we did a lot of walking. The hotel was an excellent break away from the school.

Too noisy to sleep near Highwat

The highway side of the rooms is too close so it is too noisy to sleep. Not sure why the hotel was built so close to the highway. Really unbearable!
