Nice hotel in a great location

Pros: Pros: Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, close to restaurants and shopping mall.
Cons: Cons: No safe or mini fridge in room.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
This is a very nice hotel if you are looking for something in a good location with friendly and helpful staff, like Chelsea. Our breakfast was great due to the friendly service from Judy. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Pros: It was clean ,beds comfortable great location near stores and restaurants
Cons: Hot tub
Location: Lots of shopping lots of restaurants
We stayed here to go to the Renaissance Festival it was a great experience. Basic hotel clean beds comfortable staff very courteous we had a great time free breakfast great location thank you Judy and Nicole for making our stay very pleasurable and welcoming

24 hr sunlight

Room i got had a high powered landscape light and five high powered street light shining in window all night curtions were sheer so they did not block any light Keept waking up thinking it was morning

The pool

Cons: The pool
Location: Fantastic food and shopping
The pool was 74 degrees not 84. The sides had scum build up. On a happier note the breakfast was awesome.

Great hotel for a weekend.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The only thing is maybe a pointer on how to find its location by GPS..
The hotel was great and ideal for my family to spend few days in Syracuse, The only problem is I couldn't map its location by GPS. Rout 31 is not accepted as a valid address on the GPS. But once there, I simply enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable beds and great breakfast

Location: Great shopping, with kohls, target and walmart not he street. 50 minutes from Waterloo premium outlets
This hotel is comfortable, friendly and in a great location for shoppers. I was very impressed with the variety and choice at the breakfast each morning. The rooms could use some upgrades like more charging stations. The beds were super comfortable!

New York Stay

Pros: The employees were very personable.
Location: Was located near several different places to eat and shop.
You know the only thing about the stay was something beyond the control. However, I believe people need to be aware of it just in case it happens to them. We had gotten back into the room one night and the hotel phone rang and the person on the other end said that they were from the hotel and there had been a computer glitch that afternoon and they had lost a whole block of their customer information and it all needed to be put back into the computer. They were giving a 40% discount for the inconvenience of the customers. I told him I would take care of it in the morning and he said they could not let customers stay without being registered. I told him I never gave that information out over the phone and I would go downstairs to the front desk. When I got down there they knew nothing about it. So everyone, please be careful.
