Beautiful hotel, spacious. Location is great 10 minute drive to beach. 8 minute walk to city centre. Very safe. Parking on site and pool. Enjoyed our stay

Disappointing!!!!
The hotel itself was modern and spacious and the staff were friendly enough but a judo convention of young kids spoilt our stay. That and watching another couple of guests being allowed to sit their dog at the breakfast table on a chair while they feed it ham from the buffet breakfast spoilt the stay.

Just Ok as needs some improvements
The Staff are lovely, but the hotel is slipping and in need of some work (Shower did not function properly, cracks in wall ) the quality of the breakfast has also slipped only one type of yogurt Pineapple but after the 6th or 7th request from guests they actually found a couple of other flavours. To begin with the waiters did not have masks on then suddenly they all put them on which was quite disconcerting. I have stayed here nearly every year for the last 10 years so its a little sad to see the decline in quality

Great hotel with nice pool area. We had a circle-ended room which was really big. Nice bathroom with Jacuzzi, lots of toiletries. Surprise complimentary Prosecco and fresh fruit delivered to our room (very welcome!). Would definitely stay here again.

Back here after a year off having stayed here every year for the previous 7 years. It familiar and comfortable. Most off the staff are excellent helpful and friendly. We had some maintenance issues with the room but these were sorted and changed rooms no problems. The being the COVID year things where different at breakfast served buffet which is slow be necessary and with masks on makes it less welcoming. But still plenty of choices. I am certain all being well we will be back again so I don’t think I can give a better recommendation than that

Great place for a business stop over
Very easy to find, plenty of parking. Convenient stop over as I was traveling up Italy, and it was close to the motorway. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and polite. I ate an evening meal and breakfast here, both of which were excellent.

Outdated rooms
The staff especially Antonio and Fabio at the front desk were very professional , warm , welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is outdated and needs remodeling. The hallways are not air conditioned and lack light . The main attractions of Noto are quite a long walk. Overall don’t feel that hotel is 4 Stars should be a 3 Star hotel .

Nice hotel with a great infrastructure and beds. Lovely pool good for families and business people. One of the best breakfasts we have had in Sicily. The comments about proximity to city center are right but walking back at 11:00 PM can be lonely and would not recommend for single women or seniors. TV didn’t work but didn’t care. Over all great value. Very friendly and service oriented staff.

Good overall but outstanding service
Good breakfast hard boil egg, many meat slices and cheese, very large assortment of baked treats, coffee, and excellent bread Our rental car had no windshield fluid. The manager took it upon himself to help me find the hood latch. Being a new Renault, he owns an older version, there was no latch anywhere inside the vehicle. He even came back with a high powered flashlight. After spending a goo twenty minutes online searching Renault we went back outside and sure enough to unhook the latch requires moving two front vents and then unsnapping the latch. His English was good but his service in aiding was outstanding.

Staff unhelpful waiting forever for service , bath was tiny with no proper shower you had to sit in the bath which was too small,gym was not open air con unit was fixed on balcony and was hotter than the sun impossible to sit out there. I would like compensation for the above. NEVER AGAIN

Nice modern hotel.
Large modern hotel. Great breakfasts. Very nice outdoor pool. About 15-20 minute walk to the main historic sights. Friendly staff person checked us in. The hotel was not well signed so we had a little trouble finding it. I recommend a larger and more obvious sign to locate it. Good free parking on side of hotel. Hotel is a few minute drive to the wonderful archeological museum- and valley of the temples.

Nice hotel, large room, big balcony and a great size pool. Breakfast buffet was fine and had a range of options. Location-wise it is a good 15 min walk up hill to the old part of Noto. It's a good option if you want to have a pool to relax in at the end of a hot afternoon.

Excellent location for visiting Noto and Syracuse
The hotel met all our expectations. Good rooms, breakfast buffet (continental style) got us off to a good start each day and loads of parking to use Hotel as a base for touring. Swimming pool was rarely busy, so good way to finish each day. We ate in the restaurant twice and enjoyed the quality (and quantity) on offer. Only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful town of Noto where there were plentiful restaurants to meet every budget. Syracuse and Ragusa were each an hour's drive. Our other day trips to Etna, Taormina and The Roman Villa of Casale were each two hours each way, but were all well worth the visits.

Dissapointing stay
Hotel design dated but rooms are clean and spacious, though unfortunately our room 301 overlooked the busy road and car park so we didn't use the terrace. The pool area is relaxing after a day walking around Noto but their seems to be an issue with ants and service towels/snacks etc was lacking. Hotel is about 10-15 min walk (uphil) to the main Noto area so convenient if you have a car. However, what lets this hotel down is the attitude of some of the staff. There is an austere and indifferent attitude by some staff. The guy at breakfast/lunch on our stay was an exception. The supervisors with clipboards seem to have some staff fearful and therefore lended to an unwelcoming atmosphere while one girl on reception (Maria) was downright rude. The hotel safe is placed at a height in the wardrobe so despite checking using phone light I left my watch behind and had to drive all the way back from Ragusa to retrieve it. When I contacted the hotel they were not very helpful although I'm sure these things happen often. Breakfast limited to carb rich pastries, tinned fruit, hard boiled eggs. Overall, disappointing stay in a beautiful town. Given the choice again would forfeit the pool for a cosier friendly hotel in the town.

Convenient hotel if you travel by car
The parking is right in front of the hotel which is of the easiest access. The hotel was not busy at the time of our stay, parking is available anytime and spacious, it was a pleasant relief. We had a one of a kind experience in our first night stay! When we were ready to go to bed, we couldn't find any cover other than a sheet (what we call a flat sheet in North America) - no blanket, no comforter. We called the reception staff on duty, she insisted that the cover is in the room ... We had to ask her to come to our room, and the cover she meant is the bed cover (i.e. the decorative piece), she still insisted that the piece is the cover if we need one, that Italians only need a sheet for the summer, blankets and comforters are for the winter. We argued and insisted, we told her that we had either blanket or comforter in all the hotels we stayed including hotels we stayed in Sicily, she finally agreed to check with someone and brought a comforter to our room sometime later. We don't really think the hotel staff is to blame, if any staff has not received adequate training, is the management's responsibility. By the way, the hotel seems to cater to groups. When no group was staying, the breakfast was obviously inferior. We were able to tell because one of the 3 nights we stayed there, there was no any group staying.

Great base for a visit to Noto
Easy to find and with car parking so avoiding any stress at the outset. Pleasant staff and a very enjoyable lunch to start our visit. Clean and pleasant room with all the facilities that you would expect. Great base for a visit to Noto which is a beautiful city. ViDi a great place to eat.

An excellent base to visit the historic city of No
This hotel is in an excellent location for a short break to enjoy the Baroque city of Noto. It is easy to find at the foot of the town when driving in, just off the main road and also close to the railway station. It has a lovely swimming pool area to relax by and helpful friendly staff.

Staff were excellent thoughout. Breakfast was great but food after this was poor and wine was very warm . However the poolside bar service was outstanding . Swimming pool the highlight . 15 min walk to centre of Noto OK unless infirm.

Convenient location near Noto
Very clean and user-friendly hotel near the beautiful baroque town of Noto. Room and bathroom spotless and very pleasant; excellent air conditioning; lovely balcony (ours didn't even have one of the nicer pool or hillside views, but was still delightful). Breakfast is fresh and varied, and the restaurant is also a convenient place to eat dinner, with quality genuine regional food. The old town of Noto is a ten-minute drive up the hill (or a 20-minute walk, through a nondescript neighborhood - not particularly aesthetic, but not dangerous or anything either). The old town of Noto is not to be missed if you are in that region of Sicily, and Siracusa, Ragusa, Scicli and many lovely beach areas are all within easy day-trip distance. Overall, a very good compromise between ease (easy free parking, clean traditional hotel structure) and being near the sights.
