“Comfort, convenience and quietude”

This hotel was a welcome respite after an almost 10 hour drive. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were roomy.Staff was very accomodating. I needed a tooth brush and I was able to get one without leaving the hotel. It is off of a major road, but far off enough for the road noise to be "what road noise?". Two restaurants close by and a Barnes and Noble, we made good use of for planning our day trips. Free WIFI. A delightful location.

Hotel was in a good location. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Room was very clean. Good breakfast and atmosphere. Area mall nearby. Walked next door to steak restaurant, good variety and prices with very good food. Would definitely go back.

Was greeted each and every time we passed the main desk. Breakfast was very nice and everyone friendly Room very nice and clean and quiet Easy parking too!

This is a new property and is very nicely landscaped. The room and common areas were very well kept and very clean. There is plenty of parking. Ladies travelling alone would feel very safe at this hotel.

If you are looking for a great hotel in the Syracuse/Clay area, the Hampton Inn is the best! Great location for shopping, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, comfy beds, good size fridge. I have nothing negative to say. We will be revisiting this one on our next shopping venture!

Lovely, comfortable room. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Everything was as it should be and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good clean room and decent breakfast buffet also. Mall and many eateries nearby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had to make a few changes to our overall stay (Adding an extra day early, changing room), always greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing. Room was excellent (aside from dents on front of the large minifridge).

We stay at this hotel atleast twice a year to enjoy a weekend away and do a little shopping (girls weekend!) The personnel are always friendly and willing to assist. It is located conveniently within the shopping area and offers a nice breakfast which is included in the price of your reservation. We also like the fact that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. The beds and pillows are comfy too! I'd say it is one of the nicest hotels in the area!
