Only issue was running out of chicken wings at 11pm.

“Great hotel”

This hotel was great overall. If I had to nitpick, I would say the "pantry" was below my expectations, since it had little variety of frozen foods. Also, we had a quick dinner at the restaurant, and the pasta wasn't very good whereas the club sandwiches were tasty and quite big. The room was perfect, the swimming pool a bit small, and we loved the jacuzzi.

“Can't wait to go back...”

I had a wonderful time at the Hilton Garden. It was a bit tricky to find, but loved every minute I spent there. The room was spacious, the bed was great, and the bathroom was huge! I stayed at one of the whirlpool suites, and it was so nice to come back from a busy day and just soak. The only issue I had was that the shower stall was a bit cramped and the interruptions during my stay. I know it is a Hilton but I don't need a phone call each day to ask me about my day. Overall, I cannot wait for another excuse to go to Syracuse and spend another weekend there.

“Just a lovely, comfortable place”

Everything was clean and comfortable, and hotel was very quiet, and it was easy to get to and from where we needed to go in Syracuse.

Very clean place. Courteous and friendly staff. And very good, Made to order breakfast was awesome. i stopped there on trip to Niagara with my extended family and i am glad to have picked this one.

“Can't go wrong with Hilton at this price!”

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Buffalo before and when we walked into the Syracuse Hilton Garden Inn it was deja vu as it almost identically looked like the one in Buffalo aside from the restaurant. The front desk staff was very friendly and offered assistance when we needed it. The room was clean and well maintained. Our last trip to Syracuse was a disappointment when we chose to stay at Parkview Hotel (do NOT stay there if you care about your loved ones) so this time we wanted to stick with what we knew and Hilton Garden Inn did not disappoint! You can't beat the value for the money! If you don't want to break the bank and want a comfortable stay during your trip, choose Hilton... you won't be disappointed.

“Greet weekend at the Hilton!”

Me and my husband stayed her on the weekend while we went shopping in Syracuse and at the Waterloo outlets. It was great to come back to the hotel, take a dip in the pool and hot tub and then retire to our room. The flat screen tv was awesome and so was the bed! I would definitely stay here again. Great for families with kids and great for anyone really!

“Nice hotel”

Hotel is a little off the main area of hotels coming from I90 so a little tricky to get to but worth it. When we checked in booking through Expedia means 'third party' so we didn't get our Marriott points. Ridiculous considering they still took our money. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was good w/made to order omelets etc. Didn't use the pool area but it looked clean and well kept. Gym was nicely equipped.

“Great experience”

We stayed at the Hilton garden hotel for 2 nights. The staff were excellent , the food was great. We really enjoyed our stay we would highly recommend this hotel and defiantly will be returning.

“Awesome”

We were attending a wedding party in Syracuse and the stay in Hilton Gardens Inn was a a great experience. Customer service was excellent, room is very clean and the amenities were fantastic. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.
