I had a great stay. Only thing that I question and its more of training on front desk personnel, but they scanned my credit card and I asked if they will post anything to my card (Pre Auth) and was told they won't. Next day I checked my bank and there was a post for pre-auth. Not a big deal, but all front desk personnel should know this for their guests. Maybe also if the hotel can give a bereavement discount if at all possible.

We would be happy to discuss with you some options on a stay elsewhere to make up for the rate we could not offer during your stay with us.

A pleasant stay.

Pros: Most everything......
Cons: Effective procedures to ensure recovery of items.
Location: Lake nearby,
All fine EXCEPT return of my $3500.00 hearing aids! I spoke to the front desk by phone Monday. The rep said the devices woul be shipped via UPS. By Friday, they had not arrived. I called, the desk manager said thy would go out in the morning. I called this evening to get tracking number and the desk pled ignorance. So, it is now on to a Sunday morning call.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Elevator is a bit old, but it is acceptable.
