Nice Place

Pros: Breakfast
Location: Only stayed one night however it is a stones throw from the airport which was great.
Rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast the next morning was great.

Super convenient if flying out of Syracuse

Pros: Room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Location: Just around the corner to the airport.
Great place to stay especially if flying out of Syracuse early in the morning. Even offers coffee, juice, etc. at 5 am for those leaving before the regular breakfast is set up.

Pros: location
Cons: cleaner rugs and better temperaure control of food
Location: near mall and stores and 15 minutes from syracuse university
Check in was nice, and quick and staff friendly. Breakfast- they had butter and cream cheese sitting out- no ice or in a chilled container. apples were dirty not wrapped or washed. Room was clean, though carpets in hall were dirty. Staff came and ate off the food as well .

For the price, a mini-fridge should be provided. Otherwise, an average stay but overpriced.

Don't stay in room 330

Pros: Close to the airport.
If they give you room 330 just say no. Room 330 is next to the elevator, vending and ice machines. There were people making noise all night, it was not fun!

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. The room you stayed in is 1 of the wheelchair accessible rooms with 2 beds that are in the hotel. It also is one of our connecting rooms. I see where it can be a challenging location and will explore ways to mitigate the noise from outside the room. We do have other accessible rooms available or rooms with 2 beds in more areas. We hope that you will stay with us again and we can help you to find a better location.

Wasn't what I expected

It was a one night stay because me and my husband were traveling and I gotta say it was bad at least the room I got was, the curtain of the windows wouldn't close so as soon as the sun came out it woke us up

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. All of the rooms are equipped with blackout drapes that are located behind the sheers. We will remind the staff to leave the out and visible as when they are pushed back too far they are difficult to locate behind the pattered curtains. we hope that you visit us again and see the change.

Very noisy

Perfectly nice hotel, room to room noise (running water, flushing toilet, etc. was very noticeable and irritating.
