Location: good location
hall way smells like cig. smoke. old mattress uncomfortable, grout between tiles on bathroom floor breaking up leaving sand on floor, old décor from early 80s needs a revamp. air conditioner worked but had no grill on front. hallway carpet stained. shortage of towels.

Very Filthy will never return

The place was so dirty and they only gave us two towels for 3 guest and no face cloth. When we asked for another towel and face cloth they said they did not have any snd they will put us on waiting list WHAT!!!!!! waiting list for towels??? I had to share my towel with my son...Never again !!!!! will I return there...

I was very disappointed to find the bath tub dirty; this made my overall stay unpleasant.

Phone did not work, no iron only ironing board, remote barely worked, coffee maker broken, no housekeeping service for the whole 8 day stay

Cons: Hotel staff was on holiday vacation during my stay, need better staff on duty daily
Location: Location was nice closed to every thing that I needed.
Hotel staff was very helpful and made sure my stay was very pleasant.

Needed a decently priced, clean and safe room for a family getaway weekend. This hotel was cheap and clean, but rundown. The breakfast available was bagels, cereal, coffee, tea, waffles. A single banana. The walls were quite thin and we heard everything in the neighbouring room. The doors from the hall to the rear entrance were never locked and anyone could have come in from outside. Not so safe feeling. Service? The Amish gentleman at the desk was having difficulty checking us out at the end of our stay, barely said a word, and it was just awkward. Won't be staying here again.

Good value, clean and comfortable

One night stay traveling to Boston. Clean comfortable convenient to 90. Breakfast adequate. Price super on a prepay a good value. Cannot understand the negative reviews. They must have thought they were staying at the Ritz with a free breakfast for $50.

Mouldy shower

I thought the location was great. The hotel and room were clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the bathroom had mould on the ceiling of the shower as well as the shower head. My daughter refused to use the shower. This was very unfortunate as we were there for two nights. Donna
