“Simply Excellent”
Exceptionally good service for this price..
“Nice hotel near airport”
employees at front desk were very helpful and friendly. muffins and coffee was provided although we left before breakfast was even available. Taxi that was ordered the night before did not show up, so morning worker followed up with our situation to help get us to the airport on time.Don't trust taxi service. After the fron desk called several times, the taxi finally arrived 25 minutes late. Nice hotel.

The room was small but clean and nicely laid out. The towels were soft and thick, much better than the paper-thin ones found at some budget hotels. Despite the low rate, the room came with free long distance and a continental breakfast. The breakfast was far from the best I've had, consisting of packaged bagels and the like, but the coffee was decent.

“better than before”
after staying at this hotel a couple years back, i really did not want to stay again but the price brought me in. Initially i stayed downstairs near the office and it was horrible but this time i stayed upstairs and it was just fine.....clean and quiet and a good value if you only need to stay a few hours.

Wasn't in Syracuse long but the hotel suited our needs very well. Staff was very courteous.
