Great hotel for staying in SyracusePosted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: I liked the friendly staff and the layout of the room. It was a very comfortable stay.
Cons: Really nothing. It was as a hotel should be.
Location: We went to the Taste of Syracuse on Saturday and also to the Celtic Women Concert on Sunday.
Went to Syracuse for a concert and decided to stay overnight. We got a great last minute hotel deal at a great hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Slept like a baby. Enjoyed a good complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Pros: The room the fact they have fridge in the room and the closest to all we need, good parking in the back of the hotel
Cons: I find it very accommodating and for the price we paid I don't see nothing that need to be change.

Typical average downtown hotelPosted Jul 7, 2014
We didn't have to stay close to downtown but chose this hotel because they were in deep discount. I thought I got a good deal but the hotel looked and guest room was small as a typical downtown hotel. Unless I need to stay in downtown, I would not stay again.

Visiting SUPosted Jul 6, 2014
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The area is right off the highway and not very attractive. It is however walkae to Syracuse University which we were visiting. Also pet friendly which was critical for us.

Good hotelPosted Jul 6, 2014
The rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. Bed was also quite comfortable. Staff were great, friendly and good service. Free WiFi was nice, but didn't reach most parts of our room (end of the hall). Breakfast is ok, not a huge selection of food, but can't complain. The only annoying thing is that only one elevator is working. We had a room on the 4th floor with a baby stroller, and the wait for the elevator was very long in the mornings.

Weekend getaway!Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: It was elegant, and comfortable.
Location: Breweries; brew pubs; Onondaga Lake; mall; many restaurants-just to name a few things near the hotel. All within 10 minute drive or less.
The front desk employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful! We had a great experience in Syracuse.

Nice featuresPosted Jun 15, 2014
Pros: Tasteful features added character, but most of all the bed was so comfy.
The bed was so comfortable. It is a historic hotel, but well maintained. The lobby, hallways and room were tastefully decorated, the room was spacious, and complimentary breakfast delicious. We happened to stay there when A Taste of Syracuse was going on--food, drink and music. It was a short walk (a few blocks) to the courthouse/plaza area where that was being held. An unexpected treat during our stay. We had dinner at Otro Cinco (near ATOS), which I highly recommend.

Close to town and universityPosted May 19, 2014
Hotel very clean. Friendly staff Rooms were big. Beds very comfortable but short. Bar food was a limited menu with limited food. Heard the toilet flushing above us numerous times.
