“Quick one nighter, repeat visit”

I booked this hotel not realizing I had stayed there before, little worried pulling up realizing this as I don't remember having a good hotel experience ever in Syracuse on a couple stays. However, the hotel was just fine - clean, bed was one you sank into so if you like a stiff mattress you're not getting it here. Check in and out were both quick and easy. Did have breakfast which was typical waffles, boiled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, etc. Nothing spectacular but was decent, only problem there is it ends at 9am where most places are at 10am. The area is a LOT of hotels and not much else, right off the 90. I'd recommend a couple other places first if money is not an issue, but for the price was OK.

“NIce stay in Syracuse”

Stayed in this hotel only one night as a stopover before catching a flight from Syracuse. I would definitely stay in this hotel for a longer period if ever the opportunity arises for that.

“good value”

The motel was just right for our needs - not too grand but not grubby either. The usual sad little breakfast buffet, unfortunately.

“Where's the Quality”

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and, while this stay was much better than the first, I would think there'd b some sort of truth in packaging laws that would prevent this place from being called Quality Inn. Our first room reeked of smoke, but why shouldn't it? There were ashtrays in the room. The front desk clerk insisted it was a non-smoking room, so I guess the ashtrays were simply there as a reminder of the good old days. Of course, judging from the size of the bedbugs, perhaps they light up once the guests have checked out. The room to which we were moved was much better, no smoke or bugs, at least as far as we could smell and see. For the most part, the staff was very helpful and their complimentary breakfast was among the best of the bagels and bread breakfasts offered by so many motels these days. Overall, the inn, like me, has seen better days. Unlike the inn, I do continue to clean myself up regularly.

Area recommendations

East Syracuse is a quaint, older community, not without its problems, but generally it's a good area in which to stay. Of course, I rate all neighborhoods by how close they are to a Walmart, and there's one just across the bridge. Carrier Circle is right at I90, so it's convenient to the entire Syracuse area, and there are plenty of hotels that cater to virtually any budget.

“Terrible Hotel”

Hotel has not been kept up, and the non-smoking only rooms we viewed had heavy smoke smell. We checked out after eating at a nearby restaurant. What a wast of time and money.

“As expected”

Economic price. Near highway so could be expected to be a little noisy. Also, could hear other outside noise. But you could ask for a room far from highway. Other than that, I am satisfied.Service is good, room is convinient. You could find almost everything you need. Generally, a suitable place.
