Good value, standard room, basic hotel

Pros: Free parking, great price, free breakfast, close to Destiny USA Mall - right off the highway.
Cons: Update hotel, clean bathroom better, improve breakfast (yogurt, fruit, peanut butter)
Location: Destiny USA - 5 minutes Dinosaur BBQ - Amazing BBQ restaurant (can't miss it) - huge lines, go early Right next to the highway
This is a good hotel for a quick stay over in Syracuse. This is not a luxury hotel but perfect when you just need a quick place to stay. We found a fun little cafe across the street that had live music and a good atmosphere. Free breakfast included which is always a bonus although it's also very basic. Room was fairly clean although the hotel could be updated. Would recommend if you are going to Syracuse for a shopping trip but not if you are looking for a romantic or couples getaway.

Cleanest, coziest Quality Inn I've ever visited.

I stayed there one night, just passing through. I booked with expedia and expected the usual QI treatment: good value but nothing memorable. The cleanliness and good maintenance of the room were above other Quality Inns I've been to. That same cleanliness and neatnest extended to the overall hotel: corridors, reception, breakfast area were all impecable and had that clean smell usually lacking in similar hotels. It felt like staying at your aunt's, the neat aunt that keeps everything nice and clean.

I think the carpet in the room was my only complaint it looks old and dirty

Thank you for your feedback . The hotel has recently been purchased by a new owner who is slowly going through and upgrading . Within his first year has put on a new roof and solar panels, changed over to all LED lighting and purchased new bedding which will arrive any day now and is working on renovating everything in the next few years . Convenient Location

Stay was good. We were in town to visit friends and we could not have found a more convenient place to stay. Staff was courteous. Room was clean.

Not a good experience, as on the day of check out, we had to leave the Hotel without bathing, as the Hotwater to the room was not available. We waited for nearly 2 hours, but the situation was not remedied, and unfortunately after wasting 2 hours of travel time, we were forced to check out

The room was not in the best condition it wasn't really clean. Mold in the bathroom, cob webs, stained sheets among other things. Expedia did not provide a good deal $30 more then the actual room but the staff was friendly

Asked for a non smoking rooom.. all you could smell was smoke, everywhere!

I realize that occasionally smokers walk through and the smoke smell gets in non smoking areas because our smoking rooms are on the top floor and for that I am sorry . Pros: The staff were polite and personable.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Good location, near route 81.
My room needs an In-depth cleaning and vacuuming - dust was visible in corners under and behind furniture. There was no refrigerator .

Smokey Elevator

Pros: Clean. Great breakfast and quiet.
Cons: Better circulation on the floor of smokers so that it would not linger into other areas.
Location: Great location. Minutes away from Destiny USA and also not too far from the Waterloo Outlets.
Nice Hotel. Breakfast excellent. However, the elevator had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Very hard to breath in the elevator. The desk clerk was saying that the top floor was smoking and it must of lingered into the elevator. Not pleasant. We ended taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
