Ok for a short stay. The rooms face the outside so a little noisy and you can hear everyone wheel their lugguage down the hall. You can also hear the plumbing between floors.

Staff was nice but not overly enthusiastic. Roomwise, you get what you pay for. Bathtub tap dripped all night long...

Clean, small room

Posted May 21, 2015
Clean and very basic. I haven't stayed at a red roof in before. it was much like a motel 6 for those who don't know. It served its purpose for sleeping for the night. The bed was comfortable. It was definitely cheap compared to the other local ones and to save $50-100 it was well worth it. Staff was very nice with great customer service. Expedia saved me another $10 off the rate I called in and got a quote for.

Good for an overnight stay

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, nearby Denny's and Dunkin Donuts
Cons: Having a hair dryer in the room.
Hotel was easy to find. Had a Denny's and Dunkin Donuts nearby. Didn't have a hairdryer in the room, but we asked at the lobby and they gave us one to use. It was good for our purpose of a one night stay.

Close to the airport a a good rate.

Posted May 13, 2015
Pros: The value proposition is excellent.
Cons: Good for the money.
Location: Close to the airport and a variety of restaurants. Close to the interstate for access.
When flying early in the morning from Syracuse, the Red Roof provides a reasonably priced hotel alternative. I is clean, has free wifi and is close to a Denny's if you have time for breakfast.

Nice price

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: price
Cons: little better amenities
Location: Its about 15 to 20 minutes from Syracuse University, easy access to highway.
Could'nt find nicer price that this. Located by busy high way but once close the door, you won't hear car noise. Hoped for better blanket, soap and shampoo though.

Pros: It was quiet and a real nice Italien restaurant next door within walking distance or a pizza place called Mafia pizza.
Cons: There was no hair dryer and my wife was not happy about this
Location: Nice Italien restaurant with reasonable prices
First non smoking room assigned smelled really bad of smoke. Then assigned another room which was much better. Clean room and bedding

Pleasant staff; clean room. Appreciated the laminate flooring; felt cleaner than usual carpet and easier to clean between occupants.

Stay at Red Roof Syracuse

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The convenience to outlet mall, restaurants and community college where I was going to attend a competition.
Cons: Everything was fine
Location: There were a lot of restaurants nearby and the outlet mall was about 15 minutes away.
It was a very nice stay. The bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and respectful.
