We were on the second floor by an exit door. We heard doors closing loudly all hours of the night. Our room was dusty and had some visible dirty surfaces(microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, garbages), broken door stop, and hair on extra blanket. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is a nice feature. The mini store is a nice feature but needed more snacks.

Great hotel. Having the kitchen is a huge plus. Lots of room. Tv enables one to sign into Netflix. A must have nowadays. Great breakfast too!

The folks at the desk were very nice. The hotel is getting renovated , which wasn’t disclosed - but hey , it happens. The room ain’t at all what I expected, is clearly run down, and there’s actually whatbseems to be chewing gum stretched out all over the wall in the sitting area of my room today nothing of the obvious other stains and handprints. I hope the renovation includes removing gum from the walls.

Very large Piss stain on the pull out bed and the furniture was ripped. Overall did not feel clean at all so we left after a few minutes unfortunately. I love staying at nice hotels and this hotel looked wonderful online and had great reviews but I am deeply disappointed with this what turned out to be a 3 minute stay as we checked out.

$100 dollar stay for $300
I expect a much cleaner room for $300 plus. Place should be immaculate for that price. Rooms are quite large though. Also a lot of kids running around the lobby. Staff are very nice. Chain also seems to encourage tipping the cleaning staff so they seem to think the wages of their employees are my problem.

We were kept awake through the night from noise across the street from the local bars and some police disturbance. Our room was overall quite clean except for a splatter of something on one of the walls. Breakfast was lacking with stale bagels, and coffee, with many items un-replenished. Disappointing overall.

My Go To in Syracuse
I've stayed here twice, once in 2020 for a family wedding and in 2023 for the Syracuse Irish Festival. Both stays were excellent. Hotel is clean, staff is pleasant and efficient, rooms are nice - the room I had on my past trip was nicer than my apartment was in grad school. Convenient location in downtown Syracuse with parking on site and across the street from Kitty Hoynes one of the best Irish pubs in the Northeast US and nearby many other restaurants. My go to place to stay when I am in Syracuse.

Great stay!
check-in was quick and parking was easy. staff was SO friendly at check-in and at breakfast! king studio room was so spacious and the A/C worked well and kept the room very cool! room was clean and well stocked with towels. breakfast had so many options, we were very impressed and the lounge area was bright and sunny to enjoy our meals. perfectly located around endless restaurants to try and late night bar options to grab a cocktail and listen to live music! two things to comment on - our alarm clock went off at 6AM and we were woken up very startled by this - if housekeeping could reset alarm clocks between guests that may solve that problem! secondly, we didn’t think to bring room towels to the pool and thought they may be stocked there, but there was none, just a full towel disposal - might be our mistake and pool towels aren’t provided though or they were just not replenished (we visited the pool around 8pm so kind of late)! overall really enjoyed our stay!!

The hotel was lovely and our room very nice. However the noise was terrible on the street. There were people yelling outside the bars and every 15 minutes it's seems there were really loud souped up cars with their music as loud as possible. It was impossible to sleep until about 3 am.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Found a long brown hair on my pillow, carpets throughout are worn and need some T LC and breakfast was not good-coffee weak and ran out, eggs not hot, oatmeal too watery. I had 1/2 a bagel and left. I feel parking should be included in room price but great location to things

overpriced for an average experience
chose for studio apartment at a rate that would have been average in NYC. The size of the apartment reminded me of NYC as well. In most rural areas this should not go for more than $150 per night. Parking was extra, even though the parking spaces were maxed out, even the overflow parking on the second floor. Will not go back.

Good size room, updated hotel, good service. Breakfast was underwhelming. We were woken up for both nights of our stay by outside sustained noises and people being rowdy around 2am-3am - seems like the police could have been called to address since it lasted for a good while. Would have given a 4 star rating otherwise for the whole experience.

Had to ask pullout couch for linens, pillows, blankets twice. Lots of rough people on the street until late hours. My son was almost mugged in the storeacross the street from the hotel lobby. Free breakfast was prepackaged garbage.

Smelly and loud
The hallways really smelled bad. They don’t have a restaurant so I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. It was very loud at night.
