labby smelled bad like cat pee/ but the rest of the hotel seem better the bathroom wall in my room was not very clean but for the price it was ok i been in worst place that cost more money

“You get what you pay for”

Quite frankly, for the $xx a night that we paid to stay in this hotel, we got what we paid for. This was during parents weekend at SU and hotel rates go through the roof so we got a great value staying at this hotel - 2 queen beds including coffee and breakfast. We were not planning to spend much time in the room so it was fine. The location can't be beat. The people who work there are very nice. The decor is tired, the mattresses too soft, the towels a bit threadbare, the shower had some cobwebs and they did not make our room up after we asked them to come back a little later. However, for the $$ it was a great choice for us.

“Cheap but adequate”

Not much to say except you get what you pay for. We wanted cheap, and cheap it is. But it is an adequate motel.

The dirtiest hotel I ever encountered. We checked about 9:00 pm. Had a reservation. Went to our room only to find out it hadn't been serviced from the previous day. Once we finally got a room it was pretty tough to relax after a long days drive. Stained sheets. Dirty bathroom, walls, etc... Slept in our cloths!
