Pros: It is in a good location and easy to access. Ample parking is available and the rooms are clean, bed comfortable, and staff friendly.
Cons: Have an automatic opening door so you don't have to struggle with holding a door open and getting yourself and your luggage through it.
Location: It is close to some restaurants and a gas station, and just a couple blocks from downtown.
I have stayed here a few times and have always had a good experience. The first time, the room smelled like oil worker and we couldn't get a strong enough WiFi signal to connect but the front desk immediately moved us to another room when I asked about the WiFi. Also, they made note of the odor in the room and informed me that they use a product to ensure the rooms are cleared of all odors and would be bringing this room to the attention of the housekeeping department. I have not used the other amenities available in the hotel.

Pros: It was Quiet
Cons: Put the Hot and cold Taps on the right side in the bathroom. Someone should answer the phone , I tried Several times to phone the place while in Tabe
No one answers the phone. and the taps in the bathroom are backwards

Never again

First room - AC didn't work. Moved immediately. Second room- AC worked but no microwave. No big deal I guess. No tv on day 2. That was enough. Went to check out and was told I needed to pay $xx cleaning fee as it was after 3pm. Argued but to no avail. Bill was $1xx CAN) for one night. Ridiculous. As a side note, hotel did refund the $xx cleaning fee after I left. I still can't rate them better than what you see here. Sorry. I spend > 200 nights a year in a hotel room, and this was one of the worst.

Only if you're desperate for somewhere to stay.

Pros: spa and courtyard
Cons: bed was like laying on bricks and pillows low quality and thin
Location: Convenient to other amenities
This establishment served it's purpose. We needed somewhere to stay and everything was booked out in Lethbridge because of the Alberta Summer Games. The room was average. Television quality was lacking as there weren't many channels they subscribed to leaving choices minimal. I stayed in the room with my two children. There was only bathroom supplies for two people. I could have asked for more but we only stayed one night so it didn't matter. The children enjoyed the spa and courtyard. Restaurant was accommodating. Bed was uncomfortable - hard - and not enough blankets (the kids were cold and we didn't have the air conditioner on and it was a warm summers night!) Linens were below average. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. No hairdryer in the room! There was a strong smell of deodoriser in the stairwell that made the children feel sick to the stomach but obviously they were trying to mask something a lot more sinister. I'd try out the Super 8 down the street before trying this place again.

Restaurant staff were great. Checkin was a little slow but only one person on the desk and there was a crew checked in that were just a little demanding. Nice place to stay especially after the long drive.
