“Great Service”

Very nice motel. Great service by all of the staff. Easy on/off freeway access. they actually had my wife's favorite ice cream in the gift shop!

“Very nice accomodations”

This is a very nicely appointed hotel with all the amenities we look for when we travel (queen beds, fridge, microwave, internet). My only complaint is that the breakfast area kitchen dishwasher was broken so the breakfast attendants were doing the dishes by hand (yes, they use real dishes, not styrofoam). This is extremely unsanitary and I'm sure against the health codes. We were told the dishwasher was to be fixed in two weeks so I hope the situation was truly temporary. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and the service and will stay here again next year when we travel to Auburn.

“Best Pool ever!”

We stayed at the Peppertree Inn in Auburn with 2 of our grandsons. We were there for the cup stacking event. We found everything to our expectations and more. Everything was clean and the pool was the best temperature EVER!! The kids had a great time and loved the pool and the nice soft beds, as did we. The only unfortunate thing (which could not have been prevented) was that there was a swim team there along with a cup stacking team or two, so we didn't get to have breakfast because everyone wanted to eat at the same time, so we had to go to Burger King, in order to eat and be to the gym by 8 A.M. We are not blaming anyone for that, it was just one of those things. We have stayed in many Best Westerns and loved all of them. They are to be trusted for a good stay no matter where you are.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. My room was a plesant surprise! Very spacious. It even had a little sitting area. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very close to the supermall. We enjoyed our two night stay. Would stay again if we make it back to Auburn.

“Nice hotel, decent location”

Staff were helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Lots of amenities such as pool, spa, game room, business center. Well maintained, but not over the top. Train tracks nearby which can be a bit noisy at night. Driving in to find the hotel, their sign is near a tatoo parlor and popular BBQ restaurant; I had a difficult time figuring out where the hotel was (a block further down the road) due to all of the competing lights and activity.

“Satisfied”

We were mostly satisfied with the stay at the hotel, the only issue was that the A/C unit had problems - it needed time to start working after being turned on and it was too loud.

“Hotel very near Auburn Super Mall”

We went shopping at the Auburn Super Mall (which is 4 minutes away) and needed a place to stay. Note it can be a little tricky to get to exit off the freeway to pay attention to the signs! The rooms were larger than expected, and were clean and modern. The included breakfast was good and the staff helpful. This hotel doesn't have great views (overlooks freeway) but I'd certainly stay again if I'm in the area.
