Pretty nice hotel in a decent area. The room was clean, but there were small details that could have been cleaner. For example, there was some small pieces of trash on the ground that weren’t picked up. Also, some foreign hairs on the sheets.Overall, it met our needs.

I loved the lady at the front desk. She was so wonderful and had outstanding customer service. The housekeeping was so kind and helpful. The hotel is nothing fancy but it is safe and clean and a great place to stay at a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Too many spiders and spider webs on the ceilings near the room door. Also, the HVAC systems needs maintennace. Looks too dusty through the ventilators.

We stayed at this hotel about 6 months ago. It was more run down this time. My husband broke out in a rash, we assume from the cleaning chemicals they use. The room smelled old and musty. Breakfast was still good though.

The room was nice enough. We would have liked an exercise room. We also had a small problem in our room, in that the light in the bathroom emitted a high-pitched sound.

It was a quiet area and exactly what we needed for a weekend conference. The only thing I would say is that the rooms, although well maintained and clean, had the odor of an old house. It wasn't off putting at all just noticable.

They layout of parking/ease of finding room was awkward. Someone is smoking Marijuana and stinking up our room. Not the hotels fault, but i have kids in here and it smells awful. Not sure if its someone outside or in next room, but its bad. The young man who checked us in was amazing. Super friendly, very informative, and quick and efficient. He would be the reason i come back.

The hotel is right next to an abandoned strip mall with graffiti and garbage. We had an ant and spider problem in our room and it had a musty smell. The shower was clogged and so it felt like you were taking a dirty bath while showering. Despite all of this, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Decent stay
Room was clean but the doors stuck horribly. Didn't like that there were no elevators to 2nd floor. Breakfast also ends at 9 am. Way too early

The room wasn't cleaned after the maids said they would definitely come back to clean. Plug in bathroom didn't work, clock buzzed and area is sketchy.

This hotel was dirty, had a spider infestation problem, dirty sheets and blood on the ceiling if the second room we were shown. It was supposed to be smoke free but it was clear that a heavy smoker had been in the room. The shower wouldn’t properly drain the spiders that were swirling in the tub, so we opted not to actually spend the night. The manager on duty was really nice and understanding, the only bight point of this terrible hotel.

The facility is very old, but that's OK if certain things were kept up. My door stuck so that I had to lean into with my body to open it. The bathroom area was discolored (cigarette burns on the counter). For the money, I expected something much nicer.
