Nice hotel close to airport and Tacoma Dome.

Free transportation to and from the airport. Overall my stay was excellent ! I would stay here again.

Horrible experience

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. While I was checking in, the clerk told the staff member who drove me from the airport that the manager wanted to "sell" two rooms that night, and asked him to find someone from housekeeping to prepare the rooms. From the look on his face, it was pretty obvious that the staff member would have to do the job himself. When I went up to my room, I opened the door and there was an air blower on full blast, pointing at the door. In addition, the room air conditioners were on high blast, and it was freezing. I was so turned off that I put towels on the bed and slept on them, rather than risk the possiblity of bed bugs. Worst hotel experience ever.

This was a great stay. Staff was good and helpful. Room was OK could have been a bit cleaner (carpet). Other than that it was good and safe!

Nice hotel. We've stayed here before. Hot tub was great warmer than most which is a good thing. Very clean hotel and helpful and friendly staff. Hot breakfast with quality food. Will stay here again.

Shuttle is on the way

Pros: The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast.
Cons: Shuttle service need to be improved. Best Western LOGO needs to be on the van.
We pick up our baggage and were at the hotel shuttle pick up by 10:30 pm. We saw two different shuttle with Best Western LOGO on the vehicle. Neither of these vehicle went to Best Western Plus Evergreen Inn & Suites. AT 11:10PM I called the hotel told them our location (Column 3C). The receptionist said the shuttle is on the way. At 11:27PM I call again. I got the same reply (The shuttle is on the way). AT 11:43PM I called Expedia support. They called (Best Western Plus Evergreen Inn & Suites). The reply was the shuttle is on the way. I ask to book a different hotel none were available. At 11:51 PM. I called the hotel again and asked them to pay for a cab which they did. After getting a cab to hotel and checked in it was 12:30 AM. The nest morning we took the shuttle to the airport to meet our cruise transportation. When getting out of the shuttle a couple was waiting for the shuttle. I wondered if they had the same problem?

Disappointing

Location: restaurants and shopping
choose this hotel for swimming pool for 2 nights but the water was so dirty the first night so did not go in. then the pool was closed the next 2 days of our stay, no luggage racks, we had to make several trips to collect our bags.

Did not meet my expectations

Pros: I liked the large suite.
Cons: Room service.
Location: Lots of restaurants, a mall and shopping within walking distance.
The hotel was very clean overall. However, receiving room service was a chore. There were days when my room was not cleaned and when I called and was told they would be up nobody came. On others it was only partially cleaned up. At the very least I expect wash cloths and towels to clean up with. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the climate control in the room worked very well. Also, the breakfast was a fantastic Best Western breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel based on the spotty room service and the comfort of the bed.

Elderly woman walks around the hotel; dont know who she is but it felt like she was a stalker cause she stares at u. Maybe its me but i felt uncomfortable. She was there at breakfast time everyday and even when we were having drinks at the bar she was there. Weird
