Staff was less than welcoming.

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: The access to the major roads was helpful.
Cons: Staff could be more professional and courteous.
However, all we wanted was a room to sleep in. The staff had to switch out our room because an error was made; we were given a room with one bed for 3 people. This was rectified. Our room was adequate for our purposes as stated above. I would recommend this hotel to others as I found it clean and comfortable.

Worst hotel ever for the money..

Posted Aug 2, 2014
Room was small..Had no coffee maker...Headboard was coming off the wall....Hotel was not close to the event we attended. Website was very misleading. We travel a lot and expect more...

Average Hotel

Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Nothing really to be overjoyed about, very average type lodging
Cons: Lower the prices, more in line with this type place.
Location: Location fair, several restaurants in area.
Hotel would be overpriced,if rack rates were paid, very old, bulding, not a super place by any stretch

Don't bother

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Had a coke machine in the lobby that worked.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Located well for many fast food chains and a few good restaurants.
Booked my room later than usual. This would have not been my first choice, but it is all that was out there. Teaches me to book earlier.

It did what it was suppose to.

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Easy check in and out, good parking, location. Comfortable beds and temperature control. The hotel was also very pet friendly and respected our dog.
Cons: Could be a little cleaner. There was dirt and crumbs under the chair cushions.
Location: White River Concert area, Fred Mayer, Walgreens, Starbucks, Super mall/ Super Walmart, and all the usual fast food places. Also easy highway access
Appreciated the temperature control, which was probably the best that I have experienced. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. Not the cleanest or the nicest bathroom but I would stay there again if I was attending another concert at the White river. Good location to that, a Fred Mayer, and the Super mall/ Walmart.

Not Good

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Price
Cons: Pretty much everything
Got 2 rooms here for a concert in Auburn. Facilities are very old and one of the rooms smelled extreamly strong of cigarette smoke and staff said they could not move us even thou a room was empty. Arrived around 330pm and none of the rooms were ready. Would not stay again.

The hotel is outdated and there is no elevator. The a/c was not working in the lobby, but it was nice and in the room.

Room was 12x12. This is an old motel....the room deadbolt doesnt work.....people kept calling our room looking for someone else......25 inch tube tv with fuzzy picture..... place looked empty but they put us in room next to hardware store loading dock.....semi trucks idling all night outside the thin dirty windows.....we actually just left.....didnt bother staying second night that we paid for.....lots of nicer places near the casino and track.....

Too small and old for the price

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Seattle and kent hotels were filled so my secretary got this one. It is a previous Nendel and it looks like nothing was done. Manager sits behind locked glass window. When he found out I was a veteran, he was extremely helpful. Rooms on main floor very small and look out onto a warehouse / alley with graffiti on walls...lots of smokers stay in this hotel..they cannot smoke in rooms but the rooms have residual odor of smoker. Guests that did not use expedia were paying $125 to $150. I was booked for two night but checked out after first one. Hwy 167 is a heavily trafficked route: commute time is at least 60 minutes
