The front desk lady was awesome and very nice. and let us check in early as we had early meetings that morning. Late that night we came back to the motel to get some sleep as we had to be up and out at 4 am for work. the bed was lumpy bumpy and caved in the center so the husband and I felt like we were sleeping in a hole. when we got up at 4am we noticed the whole mattress had shifted 6 inches off the box spring. got back to the motel around 11 pm that night and crashed we were so tired than got rudely woken up by the house keeper at 10 minutes to 9 when she walked right into our room, she saw us sleeping and said. Oh sorry. Totally not acceptable check out time is not till 11am. So she proceeds to clean the room next to us which made any idea of sleeping a pipe dream. The walls are so thin you could hear the vacuum and hear it bang into walls tables etc....

Pros: reasonable price, friendly staff
Cons: not enough room for all cars to park in front of their room
Location: easy to get to where we were going
Friendly staff, clean room, easy drive to Puallyup fairgrounds. Grab and go breakfast if you want it and the price is right :)

Well maintained older style, not a resort just a place to crash after a long day, across the street from a good restaurant, quiet, clean, run by friendly/nice people, adequate continental breakfast and the rates were reasonble.

Pros: OK morning snacks, hardly any coffee
Cons: Don't get what you paid for.
2nd & LAST time I will ever stay here. You DO NOT get the room you paid for and free WI-FI is a joke. Less than poor signal that keeps cutting out. Staff does not care that you didn't get your room or if WI-FI works. I had aready paid so no concern of theirs.

We arrived the first night very late and our "non-smoking" room stunk like a old stale cigaret, it was so bad I felt sick all night. We asked to be moved the next morning and they did accomodate us. The hotel was full all weekend as there were many events going on in the area. I would not stay again

Close to Tacoma Dome

We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The location next to the Emerald Queen Casino Hotel and short drive to the Tacoma Dome was a plus. It was a positive and enjoyable stay.

Room had an overpowering smell of urine. Staff was friendly enough, but would not stay there again.
