“Best breakfast selection I've ever seen!”

I've been to other Holiday Inn Express, but this one was especially nice. Clean work out room and really nice breakfast. Great shower. Quiet too ... couldn't hear any noise thru the walls.

“Great Stay”

Loved the hotel and the staff was GREAT! Only thing I would change would be the freeway noise outside. We just turned the fan on and it drowned a lot of it out! The beds were amazing and more than expected!! We would come back

“Good hotel bad stay”

Hotel was extremely clean and convenient to Mt Rainier and airport. However, there were two groups which came during our stay. Our room was first room off hall from main desk so I am sure the staff heard the party going on in the hall both nights all through the night and did nothing about it. The first group was a high school team. Needless to say instead of putting them on a floor together they were throughout the hotel one being the room next to ours. They had a party until well after midnight with door open and running up and down the hall. Next group was a wedding and same thing. I couldn't figure out why the hotel did not put both groups together since I am pretty sure they made reservations in advance with it being a large group. Lovely hotel but I doubt we will stay there again.

“Comfortable stay in Puyallup”

Holiday Inn Express was comfortable, room was clean and looked to have been updated recently. Bed was comfortable, room was fairly spacious. This hotel does allow pets, which all appear to stay on the first floor where I also stayed. If you are not traveling with pets I would recommend staying on a different floor if possible. Barking dogs do not make for a quiet evening. Staff was enjoyable and free breakfast was plentiful - and pretty good. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

“Staff very cordial”

Hotel was not easily seen from road to turn from, no signage on main service road. Air conditioner was necessary due to very warm weather, and it was too noisy for good sleeping. I also felt the charges for this hotel was very much overpriced especially since it was not in a resort or vacation area.

“Great remodel, close to lots of businesses”

This hotel was recently remodeled in modern style. It is very stylish. Our room was ample size, clean, came with lots of towels, etc. We've always been very happy with Holiday Inn Express because it's the perfect place to go with children. The pool opens early and stays open late, and the free breakfast is convenient. Most of the breakfast foods are prepackaged and heated up in the microwave, but there are a few fresh options such as toast and fruit. This hotel keeps its Expedia reservations in a separate file so be sure to tell them how you booked when checking in. It took about 10 minutes for the clerk to find our reservation when we arrived b/c we weren't in the computer. It's a silly policy that doesn't make any sense.

“Great location to NW Trek!”

This was a great little diamond in the rough!! We chose this hotel because it seemed to be the nicest hotel closest to the NW Trek... we were right! It was great! The accommodations were fantastic -- the beds were so comfy, the bathroom was a bit tiny, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Nice little jaunt to McDonald's for dinner.... lots of other options around it though. Overall, great hotel!
